Warm and cozy sun drenched unit located on the top floor of a three story condo building. I currently have one fully furnished room (I occupy the other one) available beginning August 1. The condo is a quick 8 minute walk from Wheaton metro station.

Rent is $1550 and utilities are around $100 -$150 per month on average. Women only and must have a credit score of 700+ and a full time job.
