What is fee for warly check inn? Either you have rooms available or not. They asked us a fee for early check inn and when we decided not to pay they gave us our rooms. Then we asked them to wale us up for our early tour of Angkhor Eatt and they forgot :((

location is very convenient to night market. I like breakfast moment. The food is good. The atmosphere is pleasant. The service is excellent. Besides, the free airport shuttle is interesting - is bu bu car (Autoo).

Affordable luxury with a nice pool and good restaurant a short walk from town. Our room was on the top (fifth) floor, and even with continuous air-conditioning it never cooled off, so I’d recommend a lower floor with less sun exposure. Great staff. They arranged for a car and driver (the wonderful Mr. Sky) to take us to Angkor Wat. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel, just spent 10 nights here, good location as it's less than a 5 minute walk to majority of shops and restaurants i.e the old market, night market, sok san road, pub street & the art centre market. We stayed in a deluxe room with city view, nice balcony with table and two chairs. The staff here are very attentive, warm and friendly and welcoming. We ordered room service a couple of times during our stay, the food was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel :) 

Good location that close to pub street, nice and friend staff. However, the air conditioning is not cool enough in the room. Staff sent me a electronic fan and it made thing better.

Amazing Residence, truly amazing. I had a room at the new wing, it was HUGE. No kidding. Shower was great and the toiletries provided were complete and all so nice to use. I also had this really great balcony with city view and river view, it was so great just having some tea at the balcony while watching the world go by. Location is also excellent, a short walk to Pub Street and all the hubbubs, but at night it wasn't very noisy. There were also some small stores selling snacks and stuff around it. Overall I really enjoyed my amazing stay!

Amazing hotel so close to the heart of Siem Reap. Great hotel staff so friendly every time you come back to hotel. The driver of the hotel took us on a tour on Angkor Wat and the temples, awesome guy!

Perfect place to stay

This place was perfect!.There are two buildings here and there is an older one along with a newer contemporary one. I was in the older one the first night but then I requested to be moved to the newer one because I wanted a bathtub and management accomocated my request. They were also very helpful in organizing our temple tours My only comment would be that I wish they had hired drivers that spoke better english as sometimes it was challenging to communicate with the driver. As well the hotel breakfast in the morning could have had more variety but then there was the bakery around the corner which made up for it. Overall a great place to stay because it is central to pub street and the night market street as well.

A well located hotel with good room conditions

Besides a hiccup that the hotel did not have our booking record when we arrived, the experience in and around the hotel was fantastic. Near but not right at the most popular Pub Street in Siem Reap, the hotel, relatively small and not luxurious, is quiet and is within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The room eventually allotted to us was spacious, clean and with view of swimming pool and a balcony. The room was tidy-up neatly everyday. The air-con was real good and hot tap water was always flowing. There was fantastic to be relieved from the heat and tiredness after trips to Angkor and its surroundings for six straight days under the extreme hot weather with hot bath and good night sleep. In addition, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable; the restaurant of the hotel also provided convenient buffet breakfast on the days we did not need to go out early. With bargaining room price, I would recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to have a in-depth tour around Siem Reap.

Great location for anyone staying in Siem Reap. Bar street was a 5 minute walk, and hotel close to the night market. As it’s just off the main road, still quiet enough not to hear the loud music from bar street in the evenings. Rooms were large, with a balcony, although a bit too warm to sit out during the day.
