I am giving the hotel 5 stars even though there was one hiccup. They did not charge me upon arrival and then phoned the room at 9 PM to have me pay (for my five day stay.) I was awoken from a sound sleep after 29 hours of flying from Las Vegas, through Seoul and Hanoi to arrive. They could have collected from me in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was superb, staff helpful, pool super clean, they spray for mosquitos - I will stay there again on my next trip.

Very attractive property. Staff were friendly and made us up a breakfast box for our 5am tour starts which was super helpful. The pool area is really nice and it was great to have a relaxing swim after a big day of climbing temples. Convenient location close to town. Nice and quiet.

Fabulous hotel

It is my 3rd time in this hotel. Always lovely. Awesome clean pool. Wide variety of breakfast food and excellent food around the pool for lunch. The staff are very helpful and kind. Great location. Love this place.

We were there during the start of the 2020 Coronavirus scare and they were very courteous, but also committed to keeping the guests safe with hand sanitizers at the entrance to the hotel and dining room, and a temperature check at check-in. I felt secure there.

The hotel itself was ok albeit dated and in need of updating, definitely not the 4.5 stars it claims. The first night the power went out 3 times. The biggest disappointment was the service as it claims to be a 4.5 star hotel. Repeated things such as not getting new shampoo, not getting a floor towel and having to request one the first day then having it taken away and not replaced, being offered a food and drink discount that we were told was on our file and to just mention our room number and then having them say repeatedly that we didn’t have one, being offered late checkout and then having our room key deactivated while we were at the gym. When contacting their management about the issue they would say that they were addressing it, yet each time there was something new. The only thing we enjoyed was the somewhat convenient location. It was a short walk to Pub Street, etc. So if looking for an ok place with a convenient location, then this will do, but don’t expect it to be at all a luxury experience, you will be disappointed and frustrated with it.

A true hidden gem!

There are LOTS of positives to this property ~ perfect location for eating out n visiting the museum, very quiet (our room was 4th floor n faced the pool), very comfortable room and an outstanding breakfast (hot n cold)! I have travelled the world and stayed at my share of properties. This was a hidden gem. Most definitely would recommend and/or stay here again.

Great jlocation and facilities

Great location and good hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very polite and accommodating. The hotel has the largest salt water pool in Siam Reap. Never swim in salt water pool? Must try! The water doesn't hurt the naked eyes and you don't have the after effects of chlorine after swimming. Wonderful. It also has a health room where you have hit pool and cold pool. Great relaxation for the family after a while day out looking at temples.
