Overall a good stay!

Wonderful stay. The employees were extremely nice. The morning breakfast was good and there are plenty of options. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. The hotel wasn’t too far from the market and there were plenty of places to eat that are walking distance. The only real issue was the insects that surrounding the hotel. We had one craw into our room one night and we weren’t able to get it out. Overall it was a great stay.

I fully satisfied at the hotel service during stayed 5 days, and all the staffs were friendly and very helpful. Especially I thank Kevin's warm welcoming for our couple. Regarding Breakfast, was not many items but taste very good, hotel location was good and was able to use easy Tuk-tuk at the front of the hotel if you need to move other place. The size of room was big enough and you will satisfy Spa service in Hotel. Also if have enough travel time, I propose you to use Hotel's pool.

This is an amazing hotel located just across the river from the center of Siem Reap so it has the advantage of being quiet and serene while still being close to most everything. The entrance to the hotel is through pools with lotus flowers and a replica of Angkor Wat into a lovely reception area where I was greeted with a welcome cool towel and drink. My room was beautiful, overlooking an infinity salt-water pool with lounge chairs, umbrella, and a bar with food service. The breakfast (included) was amazing buffet with Asian dishes, fruits and cereals, and a “noodle” and egg station where they made fresh orders. Incredible croissants! The staff was so helpful and gracious, and took good care of me when I had some special needs.

Excellent hotel located in a quiet area, a short walk (or tuk-tuk) ride from the city center. I spent three nights in this hotel in July 2018. My room was very spacious and modern, yet comfortable, with a good size balcony and good view. I didn't have time to take advantage of it, but the pool also looked great. The hotel staff was amazing - they truly catered to all of my needs. They helped me arrange my visits to the temples in the morning and made reservations for me at night, provided free tuk-tuks anywhere in central Siem Reap, and were overall very personable. I had a great time staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

In our room's shower area, the upper wall area appeared to lack tiles and showed bare cement. There also were a few ants and a couple crickets running around. We did enjoy the friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The price for our room was so reasonable that we could overlook any deficiencies or complaints I have mentioned.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE !

This hotel exceeded all our expectations ! We were a group of 16 arriving at different times and we were all picked up with no issues, they were very consistent with communication months prior to the trip, the hotel staff was INCREDIBLE ! They remembered me by name, had everything we needed a phone call away....just everything about this place is PERFECT ! It’s close to town and also away from the business of Siem Reap for some serenity , the restaurant’s food is AMAZINGLY great ! We would wake up early to make sure we don’t miss the great breakfast. The rooms are incredibly spacious , great water pressure in the bathrooms, just nothing to criticize at all really.

Amazing Stay! Would book AGAIN!

What a welcoming place to kick back at after spending 7 days on a small riverboat on the Mekong. The room is spacious, well appointed & the bathroom is luxurious! Perfect after a long day at the temples. The staff is so hospital & friendly. The breakfast buffet is delish! One day for sunrise at Angkor they even packed a breakfast at no extra charge (though the monkeys ate it). If you like smaller hotels with a bit more personalized attention - this is the place for you! I would defintely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised that the rooms, in this boutique hotel, were so modern and comfortable. Pub Street and the river are easily within walking distance of the hotel or a very inexpensive, short tuk-tuk ride. The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. All the staff were so accommodating and helpful. A beautiful, heated infinity pool, to relax in at the end of the day. Happy hour every day where you could have 2 for 1 drinks. Would highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Siem Reap.

scared for my life!!!

room smelled of urine upon check in but i think it's due to the ac. i contacted hotel for pick up at the airport and they had one of the bagging staff at the airport take us in the hotel in a moped. the airport staff drove around for quiet sometime and was very lost. finally stop at the intersection to meet the hotel staff. i had my 14 year old son with me and the 2 of us along with the driver drove around in the city on his moped. i was worried for my son as a mom. not doing that again, ever. the airport staff told me he had a tuktuk. no tuktuk afterall. just glad we made it in one piece out of there.

Our enjoyable stay at the Damrei

We enjoyed staying at the Damrei. When we arrived, our luggage did not make it with us. But, our room had everything that we needed; robes and slippers, toothbrushes and tooth paste, shower supplies and fresh fruit daily. We completely enjoyed the restaurant breakfast buffet and lunch by the pool after a day of sightseeing. The location was very convenient to everything.

New hotel with nice pool

The hotel is a short tuk tuk ride to pub street and the market but not walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The pool area is great for a hot day and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The bathrooms are very open to the sleeping area in the rooms.

Nice hotel and quiet location

Friendly staff. Nice new rooms and grounds. Fantastic breakfast with great staff in restaurant. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hidden gem worth finding

Clean, comfortable room. Very good for the price, except that the patio door did not lock properly (a problem often found in economy Cambodian hotels) but the patio was secure on the third floor. Nice pool, good restaurant with complete buffet breakfast included in price. Attentive staff that spoke English. Map location is misleading: Road #20 is on the opposite side of the river from Bokambor & Road #2. Hotel is set back from guesthouse-lined street about a half block from Apsara Market. Limited off-street parking.
