The room featured a filthy, grime-covered bathtub that I had to clean myself. The shower was completely out of service, and the heating vent along with its panel had fallen off the wall, exposing internal ductwork. I contacted the front desk to report these issues, but their response was dismissive and rude. Maintenance eventually arrived and took a replacement panel from another room to temporarily secure the loose vent. The only redeeming aspect of my visit was checking out.

Room was huge and super comfortable. Everything worked. Had a fab view of the river. The hotel is pretty empty and older but the price was low and made up for it. Don’t expect much in public areas.
