Needs some TLC!

This accommodation is a great location in the centre of Sheffield. But it needs a little attention if it is listed as 4star. Breakfast cereals provided - but no milk. Only 1 teaspoon, and 1cracked mug out of only 3. Mouldy biscuit tin, greasy oven and pans. No blackout curtains and only 5 hangers. Broken sofa. The cleaning is obviously not very thorough. Passed on my concerns to the owner so hopefully things will improve. I will book again because of the location and the very good communication with the owner.

Property itself is nice, good condition in a great location but the owners & Expedia need to get real with facilities advertised - Free Parking = use a nearby council car park, if you can get a space, make multiple visit to pay that days charges and then claim it back! Inclusive continental breakfast = 1 carton of UHT milk & 1 container of cereal
