The guests services is the best, with the concierge men in lobby area. What I didn't like, is the manager on the restaurant on 45 floor he was very arrogant and very root to me and my family!!,He doesn't reserve to be on the restaurant as manager.

The property is very convenient. It is near the subway stations and shopping. The restaurants in the hotel are wonderful! I often stayed in the Radisson Blu Hotels when I travel because of the sizes of the rooms/suites.

The hotel staff are amazing. From the front desk, concierge, breakfast buffet staff and cleaning lady, they are all very helpful and accommodating. But the hotel room itself needs deep cleaning. There is a foul odour that lingers in the room. The carpet looks dark and very old. Its hard to take a shower inside the bath tub because of the limited space.
