Our two bedroom three bathroom Apartment was roomy and comfortable . Kitchen had plenty of everything we needed. Only thing missing was a bottle opener but we bought one locally so not issue. Comfortable beds and very quiet. Easy to gain entrance and having the use of lockers when we departed was a nice touch! All communications was good. Centrally located and easy to access everything in the city . Will definitely use again if we visit Seville and use the sister accommodation in Madrid.

I did not like that there was no one at the apartment complex to ask for more pillows and bedding for the couch bed , needed more dishes only 3 large plates and 3 small plates for 6 in the apartment..the apartment was clean however the floors needed sweeping and mopping when we arrived ..our socks were really dirty and picked up previous renters crumbs, lose hairs, really discussing!

They didn't email me check in code by 3pm as promised and lied about it. When calling them on the way from airport, they said they couldn't find my confirmation, it was an absolute hassle to deal with them! At the end they gave me the code on the phone (charge paid by me). The whole apartment smelled like sewage, it was absolutely disgusting and gross. The shower was leaked and dirty. The worst part was I lost sleep having the washer run all night with loud noise. It was very inefficient and wouldn't dry anything after 3 hours? It was a garbage machine that washed and dried forever. After all night washing and clothes were still wet. We ended up hauling the load and walked 15 minutes to a laundrymat to dry them. It was inconvenient. Why would you have a washer there if it doesn't do the job! All my family lost sleep and we didn't have any positive energy seeing Seville. This property is in terrible shape and conducts shady business. Will never stay again if we ever come back to seville.
