The fantastic location and space were unfortunately overshadowed by a major issue with ants throughout the apartment. The staff vacuumed up all visible ants when we first reported them, but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue as plenty more ants found their way in. When we reported finding multiple more ants crawling in the sheets, we were just told this was “not usually an issue” and given instructions for where to find new bedding to change the sheets ourselves. We will definitely return to Seville, but will definitely not stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and only a short walk to the cathedral.The only issue was there is a trash collection site right below our room, so people were dropping off trash during the night, and large trucks would come in to collect the trash during the night, both nights at 3 AM. It was very loud.

Best Aparthotel On Our Trip

The location is fantastic along with the nice views. The customer service and communication were spot on. Our apartment lacked a washer/dryer, but their washer on the first floor helped. Note: they don’t have a dryer, so we had to air dry. No big deal. Now the central air was so clutch and the PILLOWS were perfect. Tell me what these pillows are and I will buy them!

The history of the property is amazing. They have kept some of the historical features while making the accommodations very modern. Views were amazing and walking distance to all attractions, cafes and shops everywhere. The area is clean and safe. The culture of Sevilla is breath taking and overwhelming!

Very knowledgeable check in staff that recommended points of interest and told us a little about the history of the building. The street is very narrow but there is enough space in front of the apartment to stop the car and unload. Parking is about 5 mins away and costs about 29 euros/ day. This place is impeccable, very modern with an espresso machine. I was surprised to see a small elevator.

Bien pour un court séjour

Appartement équipé avec le necessaire. Bien situé, à distance de marche de la cathédrale et des principaux attraits. Suffisamment spacieux pour 4 (penthouse). Excellente communication avec le staff. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes, rien de grave, mais les appartements devraient être mieux inspectés entre les séjours pour s'assurer que tout fonctionne bien. Je ne recommande pas pour un long séjour, mais parfait pour quelques nuits.
