We enjoyed our stay and had a room on the top floor with a terrace. We loved the rooftop area & bar. We did use the pool one day, and that was lovely. The reason it did not get five stars is that the elevator was out a few times and my companion cannot walk that many stairs to the top floor. Also, they do not have any gluten-free options for breakfast, so we had to go elsewhere. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel near lots of restaurants & shopping.

What an amazing hotel, it is very close to the cathedral area and was a 3 min walk each night into the heard of the town. The room was amazing and the breakfast was awesome. The ladies in the breakfast area were wonderful. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 for location, cleanliness and sleep. We had an amazing 7 nights.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming- and very tranquil. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The many relaxing communal spaces with comfy sofas and pianos to play were a real bonus, and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous- we enjoyed the jacuzzi with a view!
