No cell service or wifi in this property.

Overall we had a good stay. Cabin was fairly clean, beds were comfortable just older furniture and decor. Hot tub was nice but on the smaller side. Kitchen had plenty of dishes for our party of 6 which was nice! Limited pots and pans but enough for your average meal.

I typically don’t give bad reviews but after several emails & messages to them that they have completely ignored I figured I’d warn everybody. I was skeptical about renting this cabin, but by the time we decided to vacation for new years everything was booked. I asked 2 days before if we could check in at 10am just to change my kids clothes as we traveled through the night before heading out for the day. They replied it would be $340 if I wanted to do that. I can use stand if they were booked the week prior, but The cabin had been empty for several several days before my check in date so I felt this was a little harsh. We arrived to parking that was HORRIBLE. We come to gatlinburg a lot and I’ve never experienced this. The driveway is a massive slope, with no room to turn around, you have to pull down the big hill the back into the driveway, then to get out you are turning around in the middle of the road on the side of a mountain. Very very scary. Then we get to the master bedroom which hadn’t been cleaned. I immediately messaged & emailed them, it’s now been almost a week and they’ve still yet to reply. The bathtub had dried blood around it, hairs in it, and a ring of dirt lining the bottom of the tub. This sucked not only because we paid 2k for 4 nights but also because I had a 1 and 2 year old that needed to use the tub. The shower was just as bad. The cabin has no lights outside except 1 little one so you can’t see at all when getting out of the car

Pros & Cons

My husband and I, along with my parents & my mother in law spent Christmas here. I want to leave an honest review so, here are the pros and cons. Pros: • Location - it’s up the mountain for sure, but it’s a very quiet area! • Decoration - it was decorated beautifully for Christmas! The year round decor made you feel like you were in a movie! • No Cell Service - made for a relaxing weekend where our family could put the phones down and not be interrupted by todays outside world! • Checkin / Checkout - Super easy, just wait for the email at checkin time and punch the code in. At checkout, you remove all trash from the cabin and turn in it at the main office about 10 minutes away. *BRING EXTRA GARBAGE BAGS* • Porch - SO NICE!!!! Cons: • Main Floor Beds - they were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. One was slanted down on both sides and the other was like sleeping on a cardboard box. It was like pure torture. My mother in law said the master bed (upstairs) was okay. • Dishes - the pans were all put away dirty and we had to wash everything before we could cook anything. • Main living room - the couch & loveseat have recliners. The couch had a broken seat and recliner on one side, but the others were comfortable. • Pool Table - the cue ball had a huge chunck missing out of it, the felt had a big slice in it, and the tip of one of the two pool sticks was broken. • Towels - BRING EXTRA!!!! Kitchen & Bathroom

Good stay.

One of the beds was EXTREMELY uncomfortable it slanted down on both sides and you felt like you were going to fall off. The first floor shower did not drain properly. But over all we had a great stay. It was a great location with a great view. Check in and out process was easy. Would stay here again if those two issues were fixed. Great downstairs area for the kids to play.

Needs some love

The house is as advertised in terms of space and views, etc. The view is lovely, the hot tub is nice, but the house could use a deep cleaning… dust on furniture, cob webs in the fan, dirty dishes and glasses and silverware.. and maybe signs of rodent/bug feces in the cabinet where glasses are stored. (Didn’t look close enough to tell for a fact but.. it wasn’t good). Didn’t call the agency- on a short, very busy trip, the last thing you want to do is have to have someone over or want to discuss anything like this (after all, what could be done other than clean it up? It wouldn’t make me un-see it). We couldn’t get the water in the main level shower to get or stay warm but this wasn’t a huge deal as there are two other showers. Address pulls up on GPS which is a plus but little to no service and no wifi in the house. I should’ve checked to see if the house had wifi before booking so that’s on me- it just… seems like something you don’t have to check for anymore. But, nevertheless. Worth noting, no wifi. All in all, if the house had a deep cleaning and some attention was given to things (peeling paint in the upstairs shower, my towel had a hole in it, we were surprised there wasn’t actual outdoor furniture when the view is so pretty- just some plastic chairs and a couple old rocking chairs)I think it could be a great place to stay when visiting the area.. but for us, turned out to be just a place to sleep.

Spring Break 2022

The Cabin is in a great location with wonderful views. Aside from that you will have to purchase everything needed for your stay; including the sponge to wash the dishes. There is also no wifi connection. The snow we woke up to our first night is what made the stay worth it.

Lots to do without leaving the cabin

My husband and I took our teenage son and his friend for a getaway. The pool table and ping-pong table were well used, as was the hot tub. The cabin has a relaxed air about it and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

Pretty good experience

Very nice location. Had plenty of room. Furnishings where basic. Had access to TV and players. Access to pool was great for kids. Very nice area. Liked setting on the porch during evening. As usual no all things are perfect but response from managers worked well enough.

Overall we would give this cabin an average rating. We enjoyed our stay but several improvements would take this place from just ok to great. Pros: Lots of space Wrap around deck Separate game room on lower level Hot tub Great location with beautiful views Cons: Hot tub jets barely work and it isn't very hot Crumbs under all beds, chairs, around baseboards in kitchen Large cobweb on master bedroom ceiling right above the bed Found mouse/rat poop on master bed which caused me to spend the remaining nights with my teenage son due to anxiety Two of the 4 pool sticks have broken tips and were unusable, the other two were barely hanging on The owners helped us the best they could with solving a Dish TV issue. They were very nice. We just feel like this cabin has great potential but needs some attention and housekeeping needs a serious reboot. We would stay here again but ONLY if all above concerns were addressed.

It was okay, def not the best!

We walked into the floor and couch having foam all over it, in other words it was dirty. The hot tub may be stained yellow, but it definitely looks like a hot tub full of piss. Now for the good!!! the rooms are nice, and the master bed is so comfy, the whole room is awesome!! The down stairs play room is awesome as well!

We enjoyed our stay here...it was super clean and super nice. This place will defiantly be our go to gatlinburg stay.....I recommend this cabin to family and groups of friends...a lot of room conmfy beds, amazing jacuzzi bath, and a BEAUTIFUL view! We loved it

We wanted to rent a cabin to get away for a couple birthdays. This was an ideal location to safely do so. Excellent house, gorgeous views, and very secluded. Check in and checkout were very easy. Great trip all in all

Just what we needed

Cabin was perfect for our couples get away for the weekend. Cabin is as described and was clean. Drive to town is a little far especially going to Gatlinburg. I would suggest taking the scenic road through the park. It’s more curvy and you lose cell signal but you bypass all the pigeon forge traffic and come out on the other end of Gatlinburg. A couple of minor complaints. 1. There is not any WiFi. Not a huge issue but one couple has ATT cell phones and had zero service at the cabin, so checking in with their teenage children at home was more difficult. Verizon worked ok there. Also, the note on the fridge says to leave bed sheets on the bed for inspection. That concerns me that they aren’t changed after every stay if the cleaning service doesn’t feel they need to be. Overall it was great for 3 couples to hang out, play some games and enjoy some time away from home.

Family vacation for a week in August

Pretty, nicely decorated, comfortable cabin. Nice wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and a table and benches. We liked sitting out there to read. Very peaceful. There are other cabins nearby, but you can't see them. So it feels nicely secluded. The cabin is higher up, so you get some view of the mountains from the porch, but the trees surrounding the porch obstruct the view somewhat. The best view is from the jacuzzi in the master suite upstairs. All beds were comfortable--they are all two twins put together for king size. Pull-out couch on lower level is not comfortable. Living room couches and chair are all recliners--made it nice for watching some DVDs in the evening. Kitchen was well stocked with all the stuff we needed for the week. Enjoyed hot tub in the evenings, but jets do not work well, and light did not work at all. Enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. (2 of the cue sticks need new tips, and two ping pong paddles need replaced.) Close to park entrance--can be at the Laurel Falls trailhead in 25 minutes. We used the community pool a couple days. It was a nice place to cool off. It was usually pretty crowded. Lack of wifi and no cell signal at the cabin made it a little more difficult to check weather and look up local information online--attraction times, park information, ticket reservations, etc. However, the family also liked going off grid for the week. We could get cell service in the valley--about 5 minutes from the cabin. Overall, I would highly recommend this cabin.
