Perfect location

Beautiful home that was perfect for 2 families with the teenagers having their own space downstairs. Great views of the mountain but still close enough to town. Wonderful amenities at the house and great host! Thank you!

Amazing get away

My family and I spent a few days in February at the house. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. All the beds were very comfortable including the bunk beds! The indoor pool was amazing and we all enjoyed it including the teenagers. I am not sure if it is a salt pool but there was absolutely no chlorine smell in the house/pool area. The hot tub was very relaxing at night and we saw our first shooting star there. The host was very responsive and informative throughout the stay. She even provided weather updates! There was so much to do in Pigeon Forge for kids and adults of all ages and Gatlinburg is a very short drive from the house. My kids were begging to stay longer and that never happens on vacation. It is definitely on our list of places to return to.

Best home ever

We come to Dollywood every Thanksgiving. This house was by far was the best we have ever rented! Beautiful, clean, cozy and Brooke was amazing. There isnt one bad thing i can say. We even decided to stay longer! We will beback!

We will be back!

This was the PERFECT place for 2 families + children! The cabin was as described and the owner was wonderful. She was communicative and very helpful! We would come back to visit in a heart beat. We made use of all of the amenities. Then kids enjoyed the basement arcade, movie theater, and pool. The bunk room was so fun and the kids loved having their own space. The queen beds were a nice bonus! The adults enjoyed the grill, the hot tub and the fire pit! The kitchen was well supplied for the nights we ate in! We saw a bear the first day, that made the trip! Location is just right, about 12 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 15-20 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg, yet secluded and peaceful. All in all, this was a great trip! No complaints! Will be back!

Berry Vacation

Summer Vacation Success!

Our group had a great stay here! Beautiful, comfortable and clean home with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The lower level has a fantatic pool and games for all to enjoy. It was a perfect summer trip before the kiddos go back to school!

Great Cabin Great Hist

The cabin had everything we needed snd was located close to the parkway. Wo could get tiba grocery store without having to fight parkway traffic. Brooke was an outstanding host and was very responsive to our wuestions.

Pigeon Forge Trip

Host was wonderful to communicate with and quick to respond. The hone was in the perfect location and close to all attractions. The house offered everything our family could want. They enjoyed the theater, pool table and indoor pool.

Perfect Location!!

We celebrated our daughter’s 6th birthday at this lovely home. The host is very responsive and helpful. This house has literally everything you need. We lacked nothing while we were there. Very private but also a short drive to all the fun stuff and food! We even seen a bear walk out of the woods and by our back deck during our stay. I can’t say enough about the perfection! We will be back again.

Incredible home with plenty to do!

Bears! We saw bears every day we stayed and it was awesome. There's plenty to do in this house, from the games, shuffleboard, indoor pool, hot tub, theater room, pool table, the list goes on and on. Very comfortable beds and the kids absolutely loved getting to all sleep in the bunk bed room. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we traveled to the area. Host was also very quick to respond to any questions.

Nice Property

Overall nice property. The bed frames, blinds, light fixtures, and ceiling fans had not been dusted in quite some time. The water completely shut off for a period of time. The soundbar was not operational so sound in theater room was sub par. Overall very nice and great amenities. I would stay here again.

Spring Break ‘24

This place checked all the boxes we wanted for a vacation rental. With the indoor swimming pool, game room, theater room, and hot tub there were just so many things to do. Sadly, the weather did not cooperate with us and rained nearly everyday but like I said we had so many things at the cabin to do it really didn’t matter. Brooke was absolutely a pleasure to work with and whenever I had a question she replied very quickly. Thank you again for everything!!

18th birthday celebration

Fantastic stay for 2 nights with 9 teenagers and 3 adults. Home was spotless and beautiful. Great entertainment for the teens and fabulous relaxation for the adults . Courteous and prompt communication. Would 100% recommend for both family’s and adult only. Plan to stay again .
