Amazing place!!

This place was amazing!! The double appliances in the kitchen was really helpful for us. The views from every deck are amazing!! The pool and hottub were also very nice.

Mountain Getaway

Family group of 5 couples and some kids enjoyed a stay at Bear Mountain Retreat. The house had all the amenities that we needed and was very clean. Very nice pool and hot tub hated we didn't have the time to use those more. Great location for what we needed. Evan (PM) was always a text away if we had any questions and was quick to respond. Hope to stay there again.

Amazing!!!

We stayed here for Labor day weekend and we absolutely loved the cabin. It was just perfect for our group size. The kids had an amazing time in the pool and arcade. The view was spectacular!!Evan the host was so attentive and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this cabin.

Family retreat

Our host, Evan, ensured our stay was pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable. He was personable, friendly, accommodating and professional. The cabin was spacious, beautifully decorated and esthetically pleasing. The game room, media room and pool were put to good use. It’s located close to all the attractions in the area. Our family truly had a wonderful adventure this year.

Our family of 15 had a wonderful time using the pool, hot tub, game room and gathering spaces.

Plenty of room for the whole gang. Beds were very comfortable. Double appliances in the kitchen was wonderful. We enjoyed the view as we sat on the decks frequently. The pool, hot tub, game room, theater room and gathering spaces were great. Evan was very quick to respond with any questions or needs we relayed to him. We all enjoyed our time !

Awesome Visit

Awesome visit to the Smokey Mountains. Cabin is laid out beautifully. Easy Access from cabin to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. Loved the modern pin-ball machine, all electronic with over 450 different pin-ball games to choose from. It was actually addicting. Did see a bear in the woods from the back balcony. Evan was easily reachable and on top of things!!

Amazing stay

Cabin is as described. Everything in working order. Beautifully decorated. Game room and pool were wonderful for all the grandchildren. Short drive to pigeon forge, Kroger and anything else needed. Having two stoves was wonderful.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. We actually saw a bear twice near our cabin. The cabin is very clean and stocked will with supplies you need. There is plenty of room in the cabin for everyone to have their own space. What a wonderful family vacation making lots of memories.

Enjoyed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain Retreat. There was an initial delay with housekeeping not ready for us at expected time, but the owner was on it immediately and it was handled quickly. It's a perfect location for attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house provides tons of fun with the full game room, theater room and pool. Thank you, Evan.

Summer Trip

Enjoyed the cabin very much. It had everything we needed. We had some maintenance issues and Evan was so easy to communicate with. He did his best to find a solution. If those issues are cleared up- we would be open to returning to this cabin. Location was perfect!

Excellent Property

The property was exactly as described. Kids loved having the pool right in the house. The game room was a huge hit with us all especially the virtual pinball machine!!! The theater room was great for our nightly movie time. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and very fast to respond. Thanks for a great location for our family vacation!

Fun Week

Our stay got off to a rocky start because the cleaning people were still cleaning when we arrived at 5:00 p.m. Apparently the group before us hadn't left on time, making the cleaning fall behind. The house was very nice and the pool and air hockey table were big hits with my grandchildren. The adults enjoyed the beautiful view from the decks in the mornng and at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Snow....climbing up the mountain

There were some challenges with the inclement weather and the cabin being prepared. Evan did make good on oir challenges and did his best to lessen the unfortunate circumstances. We were able to enjoy our stay!!
