We stayed here for 5 nights after spending 5 nights at another property, and this home was such a great way to end our trip! The location is great, the layout worked perfectly for our group, and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.There were so many thoughtful touches: plenty of towels, board games, dishwasher and laundry pods, coffe/hot choc bar, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The large game room was a huge hit and gave everyone space to spread out. The owner was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. Skyland Ranch, Tanger Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are all within about 15 minutes, and UT Knoxville was only about 35 minutes away for our college tour.The first night we could hear crickets near the door, but that was easily resolved with some cayenne to deter them. A few minor maintenance items to note, but *nothing* that took away from our stay: the fireplace pilot light needs relighting, some dust in harder-to-reach areas, the refrigerator gasket and front door weatherstrip need attention, and the patios had lots of leaves. The hot tub needs a good cleaning. The owner was very responsive, and I’m sure these would have been addressed if we had mentioned them, I just chose to fully unplug and enjoy every moment with my kiddos!! The driveway is very steep, so just something to be aware of depending on your comfort level.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!!!
