If you have kids, this is your best bet!

We had a great time at Three Cubs Den! The place was clean, a game room downstairs, and a fun fire pit. The only downside was no trash bag in the kitchen trash. If that is our only complaint, it was an excellent choice! We would love to stay here again!

Peaceful family weekend

We came out to spend time with some family that we haven’t seen for a while. The house was perfect space to keep us all together without feeling crammed at the same time! My kids 9, 10, 11, 12 all enjoyed the family room and played for hours together. The hot tub was a hit! Very clean all around and the hosts were responsive! The bunks in the kids room are not made for heavier children, but everything worked out as we put the larger kids on the bottom and the lighter kids on the top bunk! Just a heads up if you’re. We all enjoyed cooking breakfast together in the spacious kitchen and the area is peaceful and remote. The driveway is steep but even in the rain we had no trouble with our 2WD!

Pigeon Forge mountain stay

This property had tons of space for the entire family. It was great having the 2 queen bedrooms upstairs with a small living space and fireplace so that the adults had a quiet area away from the kids bunk room and game room that was downstairs. The video games, foosball, and air hockey was a fun break from all the other activities in the area. There hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and the fire pit was great for s’mores. All but one of the beds are very firm. The drive up the mountain is steep and we found it easiest to back into the driveway since it’s also very steep. There is some minor cosmetic issues as well. Overall, we’d definitely recommend coming back to the place again!

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin is beautiful. The location is great in reference to pigeon forge and very easy to find. The hill to get to the chalet is steep. The owners are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. We had a great time.

Perfect Location and Cabin!

Location was perfect! You are less than 8 minutes from everything in PF. Cabin was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the game machines. Perfect spot for a family and our 4 legged child. We were really impressed with the amount of supplies left to use. Host was very responsive and kind. Washer and dryer worked excellent and was nice to have. Zero complaints.

Green cabin getaway

Overall, this is a nice property. The downstairs is a great hangout area. This is a good cabin for families with kids/dogs. It is nice to go on the decks and look at the sunset. The driveway is steep with a couple of rough pot holes leading up. There is some minor fix up that could make the cabin that much more enjoyable, but overall we had a great time!

Perfection!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brandon communicated quickly any time I reached out and went above and beyond to be accommodating. My family and I truly enjoyed our time there and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for our stay. If we head back to Tennessee again, we will be booking here.

Wonderful property and wonderful hosts

Everything went as well as can be expected. No issues and hosts were very communicative and detailed with instructions. The property was clean and well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet mountains off the Pigeon Forge strip

Great place for family and friends. Suggest bringing your own pillows if you’re used to your own. The pillows they had were really thin. I folded it in half to meet my needs. Mattresses in the upstairs rooms need to be flipped, turned, or replaced soon. Kids had fun in the hot tub and game room. I definitely would stay here again. Host was great and stayed in communication very quick. They even allowed us to have an early check-in (free of charge) upon request. The coffee pot was missing and the host had a new one delivered within 1 hour. Pet fee seemed to be a little too expensive on top of the price of the stay - comparable to other hotels and cabins around the area. Had to remove a couple of bugs but that’s the price of a cabin in the woods/mountain. Overall great place to stay. We spent our nights and early mornings in the cabin and it was a great time.

Cabin in the woods

This cabin is perfect for a family stay to visit Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg, it’s a good location. It had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room and the sleeping quarters away from the adults. They throughly enjoyed the hot tub at least once a day. Our beds were very comfortable. We all had a great time. The only drawback was getting up the steep road and then up the driveway. We would come back again.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was located in a private area yet very close to amenities. We loved how beautiful it was both inside and out and my family loved the game room, bunk beds and kind owners. I would for sure book this one again next time we are in the area.

Spring Break

Loved our stay in Gatlinburg!! We came with a big crew of people and our dog. The property was amazing with great views. It was close to all the attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be staying at this property in the future.

13th Birthday Celebration

This cabin was perfect!! My husband and I took our daughter and 4 of her friends for a weekend to celebrate her 13th birthday, and let me tell you, this place was a hit! It was so cute and welcoming(or as the girls would say “it was so preppy”) Super easy entry and I noticed how clean it was right away! The girls tore through the cabin and then literal squeals of delight when they went to the bottom floor! It was so cute seeing their faces light up when they knew they had the whole bottom floor with access to the hot tub!! From the tvs, to the game area to the electric fireplace, it was well thought out. Attention to detail and little extras made our stay comfortable! I’m always a little apprehensive about cleanliness when staying away from home and I was very impressed with how well kept the cabin was. I didn’t even consider wearing my flip flops in the shower! ;) The host, Brandon, was super quick to answer any questions I had and communicated throughout our trip just to check on us. It was such a pleasant stay, I just wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you Brandon for helping us create great memories for our daughter and her friends!

Great stay with kids.

Cabin was just as advertised. The whole family truly enjoyed the game room and movie nights down stairs. Hot tub was nice also. We'd definitely stay here again. Host was inviting and easy to talk to.

Great family vacation.

The property really fit our needs with the basement oriented for teens with the games and the two bunk beds. The appliances and grill came in handy for cooking meals. My brother and I had our motorcycles and the hill up to the house was pretty challenging the first time up but it became easier the more we rode it. The owners were great and responded to questions quickly and were great to work with.

We really enjoyed our time at the house! The stocked kitchen made it easy for us to enjoy a meal before a day of adventures. The hosts were in communication easily which allowed for an easy check in process. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star review is due to the beds being really uncomfortable and a lack of comfortable seating upstairs for the adults after the littles had gone to bed. Overall though this was a great little house for a quick family getaway!

Awesome summer vacation

Beginning with the booking process we were very pleased with our stay. Brandon and Laura were such caring hosts. They reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. Brandon also responded quickly to a couple questions I had about the area. The cabin was awesome! The boys, age 9 and 5 loved the downstairs playroom and all of the games. We all actually played together which made for great family memories. The cabin was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had breakfasts in and enjoyed them at the picnic table on the porch right off the kitchen. TV’s were big and in every room for some down time after long days out and about. We love the area and try to visit at least twice a year. The cabin is in the mountains but just a short drive to places to go in the area. We couldn’t of been more pleased and hope to be able to stay here again. Thanks Brandon and Laura for being such great hosts to your wonderful home in the mountains.

Close to all the action without all the noise

The cabin met all of our needs for a place near everything that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer. Quick access to all activities, but secluded enough to be away from the crowds.

Great place close to stay with Family.

The location of the property was perfect. Ten minutes to Pigeon Forge and all it has to offer. The Alpine Coaster is right next to the property. Goats on the roof coaster was right down the road from the place. The property is clean and supplies basic needs. The children loved the game room and all it has to offer. The bunk beds were a hit. The property it self is located on a steep hill. Road to it is only enough room for one vehicle. Owners were very helpful.
