Awesome property!!

I love the quietness, the tub, very cozy! Only minor inconvenience with the floors they squeak so much! Not that much of an issue because overall we enjoyed it. We loved the neighborhood!

Perfect 2 Week Stay

This property is nice for a few overnighters or extended stays. The property was clean and the process to check-in was easy. The community where this property is located is a nice area located not too far from the area offerings. We would revisit this location.

Worked for an impromptu trip

We booked this last minute for a quick Christmas trip so our options were limited. Overall this was a ok place. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. We did have a few issues. The comforter in the master bedroom had a gross stain. We washed it ourselves. We found a dirty sock tucked in the top bunk in the second bedroom. Also there was a used Q-tip in the floor of the second bedroom. We did inform management and they were quick to respond and to let us know they’d be addressing the issues with their housekeeping staff. Even with the quick communication we most likely will find a different place next time.

Weekend in Sevier County

Family visits and weekend gigs in Gatlinburg brought us into town. Great location and Townhouse was perfect size and clean. Hot tub was amazing! Definitely recommend. Bonus it was only a few minutes away from my sister's house and was not really aware of that when I booked it!!

Fantastic! A shoe in for future stays, hands down excellent

This is a great location if you want to bypass congestion and if you travel with pets. The townhouse was super clean, nicely decorated for the season. It had everything we needed, and a nice space for our kennel and area for dog-walking. My husband loved the location and its accessibility to Dollywood, Gatlinburg /The Great Smokies bypassing heavy traffic. We are fans and look forward on booking again! Also the hottub is a nice bonus!

Great potential

It's a wonderful property, wonderful hot tub. It is a private day. Nobody can see you. Unfortunately, there's a few small issues that I found with this rental was there were bugs and the neighborhood, which has wonderful potential unfortunately has some major tin it issues. Don't care about putting their trash in the dumpster because the 2 days that I stayed there, it was all over the neighborhood. It is very convenient to town and Dollywood, and all the attractions it's simple to get to, I'm very close to the hospital. It gives a feel of being tucked away periodway.

Good location, cozy stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient to everything Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The king bed is comfortable, and the whole townhome was clean. I had only two minor quibbles: the king bed squeaks quite loudly, so each time I moved or got up, it woke my husband up; and despite the listing saying there was an iron and ironing board, I could not find them, so I had to attend my events with wrinkled shirts. (Like I said, minor.) Still, it was an easy and comfortable visit!

Comfy Cosy Spot in the Heart of the Smokies

My bestie and I booked this spot for our weekend in the mountains and it was wonderful. Super clean! Great amenities. Great communication with owner. We loved the hot tub. 10-20 minute drive to anywhere in Pigeon Forge. We were highly satisfied with this place. We highly recommend.

Good stay, responsive host - bring salt and earplugs 😂

Everything went as expected. We have one issue but the host was responsive and resolved it. Read the listing because they don’t provide things like salt and pepper (they do provide hand/laundry/dish/bath soap). Also, it’s a townhouse so if the neighbors are in the backyard and you are trying to sleep, you will want earplugs.

Great townhome

We loved the townhouse. We especially loved that there are 3 bathrooms. It is plenty roomy for a family of 4. We loved the neighborhood. It was very a very quiet neighborhood. The location was close to area attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Parkway. We would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity

Off the hustle and bustle

Close to everything but out of all the traffic. We enjoyed staying here. Kids loved the bunk beds and video game. Everyone loves the hot tub. We will stay here again!!
