Second Time Visit To This Cabin Was Amazing!

Our recent stay at A Starr View was, once again, absolutely wonderful! This was our second visit, and though we didn’t bring our dog this time, we loved knowing the cabin’s pet-friendly option is available for future trips (our pup loved it the first time!). The new stairs on the back porch leading to the backyard were such a thoughtful addition especially for pets, making it even easier to enjoy the natural surroundings. With breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains, the setting is as serene as ever. The cabin’s amenities—especially the spacious home theater and game room with an arcade and pool table—made it a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment for our family. We also enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub while taking in the mountain views, and the easy access to nearby attractions like downtown Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park makes it the ideal home base. We can’t wait to return to A Starr View for another memorable getaway for the third time!

We miss staying here already

Such a beautiful home. The absolutely only complaint was there was some Cheerios under the couch and some pretty big spider webs from the light fixtures in the kitchen. The bed was so comfortable. The hot tub was great! We truly miss it already

Great for a small family

The views are amazing and everything was clean and in good shape except for the downstairs sofa bed. It needed repair and we had to use an air mattress instead. That was a small inconvenience and I would still rank this as the best cabin experience in the smokies. Great location, great views, private, and clean. Checks all the boxes for a small family.

Views were very pretty

Views were very pretty! There was just 2 problems the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms upstairs was loose and the lamp in that bed room didn’t work properly. it was difficult to turn on and once you got it on we couldn’t not turn it off. I guess the switch is broken. Other than that we did not have any problems with our stay. it was nice that we were offered early check in but we weren’t able to utilize it since we left with a 4pm arrival time.

We had a great stay at a Starr view cabin. It had plenty of space for our family of 5. The cabin was located in a great area, and the views were beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Nice Cabin!

Nice cabin! It was well stocked and had almost everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable with mattress toppers so that’s always a plus. I would have to suggest mattress covers instead of just a fitted sheet over the foam topper (just for sanitation reasons) but the location is great and overall very clean for a pet friendly cabin. We enjoyed it.

Amazing stay with beautiful views!

The cabin was amazing and accommodated all of our needs! The beds were comfortable and the views of the smokey mountains were beautiful! The cabin is close to everything, gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Well worth a stay! I’d book this property again!

Great family getaway

Stunning views, very clean. Close enough to the touristy stuff but private enough to really relax. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was clean and worked well. My kids and I loved playing pool. Definitely recommend

Outstanding Place

This is a fantastic place to stay, and if you're considering it, I highly recommend you go for it! The view of the mountains and the sunrise from the balconies or the big windows in the living room is breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of pots, pans, plates, silverware, and cooking utensils. The big and spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms were a huge bonus, especially the big showers. The beds were very comfortable too! The location is convenient for everything we wanted to do during our stay. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. I truly hope to have the chance to stay here again in the near future.

Great Cabin

The cabin was great. It was very convenient to everything and the views were awesome. It worked out great for two couples with the two masters. I loved the updated cabin and the showers were massive. My only complaint is that it wasn’t stocked as well as most cabins. There were no wine glasses (we left you four that we purchased), zero cleaning supplies if there was a spill or you cooked, and not even salt and pepper were there. This is minor, but would have been good to know prior to getting there so we could have packed better.

A Stellar Stay at A Starr View Cabin

We went on a weekend getaway with our boys, ages 10, 8, and 4 and our dog to A Starr View cabin in Sevierville, TN. The cabin offered a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern amenities, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Smoky Mountains. Even during a rainy, winter weekend, our stay was fabulous! The cabin featured comfortable, well-placed bedrooms on the same floor which was perfect for our young family, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy, open living area with stunning views. The fireplace added a cozy and safe ambiance as we relaxed in the living room area. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities which included an outdoor hot tub on a private balcony, a game room, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV which we were able to login to our accounts on things like HULU and Netflix. The cabin boasted beautiful decor and furnishings, though we noticed a few minor cleaning oversights, likely due to it being pet-friendly. We encountered a couple of spots on the floor, which we quickly took care of at the start of our stay. It was a minor issue for us but something worth mentioning. The cabin's location was ideal for us as we were able to explore the natural beauty of the area as well as the nearby attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The exceptional customer service from booking to check-out really enhanced our experience, making this cabin a highly recommended stay for a memorable weekend mountain retreat. We will certainly be rebooking A Starr View in the future!

Lovely chalet

The chalet was very nice! We loved the convenience of the location. However, the dryer didn’t work, and we talked with vacasa via phone, text, and email, and they never sent anyone to fix it. We had to hang our clothes to dry on the railing outside. The chalet could use a few more pots and pans, but other than that, it was great!

Everything about this cabin is perfect. From the location, to the views, the cleanliness and comfortable beds. Even was able to check in early and who doesn't love that?!! If you have an opportunity to book this cabin look no further. Book it!

Beautiful place

I would absolutely stay here again. Decor is nice, beds were comfortable shower pressure great. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was the floors were sticky so I think too much cleaner was used. The only other negative is we cook on vacations to save $$ and the cookware was basically non existent. They was 1 frying pan and it was VERY worn. I actually went out and bought one at the dollar general. The big pot was well used as well. There were only 8 forks so a lot of dish washing and 2 drinking glasses. But really I would absolutely stay here again just if your a cook bring your own cooking stuff. Loved the pool table and arcade and made it a point to watch a movie in the movie room. Used the hot tub everyday! Real close to Dollywood and only a short drive to shopping and entertainment.

Great stay

This is a great location on the mountain. Its in the thick of it all, shoping, legacy zip line, attraction, food, and then a nice quiet place to bed down for the night. Pet friendly and was clean. Thanks for the great stay.

Starr View

Property was very nice and clean. Views were awesome, but there was a haze in the atmosphere while we were there so not a great of views as shown in listing. We figure due to humidity, clouds, etc. May be better during fall cooler weather. Cabin interior was beautiful. The pool table, multi-arcade game, and hit tub were a nice ammenity. Super close to attractions! Would definitely recommend and return to in the future.

great place to stay to visit Great Smoky Mountains National Park

We loved the cabin. Stayed 2 nights with our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Beautiful views from either of the decks. Kids loved the pool table, hot tub, and theater room. Cabin was clean. Would recommend (and have already recommended) for friends to stay here on future visits to the area.

Easter "Break"

Had a great time in the Smokies for a little unplugging from the day-to-day. Great location just far enough away to be secluded but close to everything. The place was very spacious and had lots of fun things to do. Great amenities and a great neighborhood for morning walks and quiet nights on the decks.
