Incredible accommodation. The unit was very clean and well maintained. As were the grounds. Maggie was a great host, checking in with us to make sure we got settled. And then again part way through the week to make sure we had everything we needed. Location on 7 mile was perfect, and the beach was amazing. Nice and close to Camana Bay as well.Perfect holiday at a home away from home. Can't wait to come back.

Our stay at Maggie’s property could not have been any better. It’s a beautiful condominium, excellent pool and beach access. We loved the screened in porch and sofa. Easy access to restaurants and Camana Bay. Maggie is the perfect host. We would rate it an 11!

Wonderful stay

Overall great experience. Very nice and well appointed condo. Had everything we needed to prepare several meals at the condo. Maggie was a great host and communicated well. Very graciously offered to let us store our bags since we arrived before check in time. We had a minor issue with the door lock when we were there and they were very responsive and dealt with it immediately. Great location with a lot of nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. Would stay there again without a doubt.

Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing time during our stay on Seven Mile Beach! The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. Maggie was fantastic—she was super responsive and made the whole experience seamless. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and, of course, the gorgeous beach right at our doorstep.

Location

Regal Beach Club is perfectly located at Seven Mile Beach. It's within walking distance to Cafe del Sol coffee shop (which is very good) and restaurants. The proximity to the Marriott next door offered more options for meals and watersports. The host, Maggie, was very helpful with tips and accommodation questions. We received a welcome gift upon arrival, and her condo was updated and very clean. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. If you love coffee, she had plenty of options to choose from. Throughout our stay, Maggie followed up to make sure we were all good. I would definitely go back and stay at this unit. Five stars all the way!

Perfect stay

This is our second time staying in Maggie's beautiful condo and we couldn't love it more! Great location and property amenities (2 pools, beach access), security is in place and they are so kind, ample parking. We love the proximity to Cimboco and Camana Bay. The unit is beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. Maggie even sets up a pack n play and highchair for our children, and always leaves a special treat. There are even tons of pool toys / floats, board games and a variety of coffee pods.

Wonderful Stay

This property was a wonderful choice for my family of three. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen has everything we needed. The best part was the screened in balcony with comfortable furniture and a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is also great. Just outside the hustle and bustle of George Town but still close enough to walk to several great restaurants. Another huge plus for us was the plentiful amount of beach stuff. Towels, chairs, pool noodles, face masks, and a cooler were in the closets. Definitely made our beach trips much more fun! Finally, the communication from our hostess was excellent. We could not have been happier with the whole experience.

We enjoyed our stay! The ease of checking in and promptness of the owner with questions. Plenty of beach towels and kitchen items. There is no longer a beach at the property so we utilized the other beaches throughout the island, including the Westin Resort.

Property was fantastic and Maggie was great to deal with. The condo is well appointed with everything you could need and the pictures don't really do it justice. The location is amazing, the only slight drawback is that the beach right in front of the property is suffering from some erosion issues. Had a great time and hope to be back soon!

MAGGIE is the G.O.A.T Nice Place!

10th trip to G.C. first time at this complex. It is far enough away from the B.S. Cruise Ship People and tourist shops, yet close enough to walk to many of the restaurants, shopping, and bars in the area. If you are looking for the overpriced Ritz/Westin/Beach Resort experience, this is not for you. The place is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Welcome gift is nice touch, as are the shampoo/soap/and toiletry emergency kit. Enough supplies like laundry pods/paper towels/trash bags, etc. to get you thru until you can hit the store. Big Screen T.V.'s if you need to stay in. We stayed 5 nights. All the kitchen appliances and utensils you need. WIFI worked great. We did breakfast and lunch in the unit & went out for dinner. We crammed 6 people in the place, it was super tight. Maggie brought us 2 roll aways. 4 college kids with me and the wife. Kids enjoyed the local night life and walked home late night. Maggie offered places to go, eat, and charters services. Follow her lead, she is a local. Capt. Marvins Stingray, Starfish, Snorkeling experience is great! Go on the largest catamaran boat (Miss Anna) the single hulls were getting tossed around. Try the Cayman Pickleball Club. Complex has tiny beach, but the pool deck overlooks the water, good enough for your viewing. Security at the place is good and visible. Beds are comfy. Vertical blinds are tricky so be patient and go slow. VRBO limits review or I would go on. MAGGIE is the best hostess ever!

Great condo

We loved the condo; it was lovely. Maggie was extremely helpful and attentive. The property amenities were great with new lounge chairs, a new BBQ grill, and nice pools we enjoyed snorkeling right off shore.

Amazing condo unit at Regal Beach Club

This is my second time staying at Regal Beach club. I can only say that this time was even better. Maggie was extremely helpful in her communications with us. The condo unit was awesome, everything was clean and immaculate. Maggie surprised us with a nice and thoughtful gift when we arrived at her unit (rum cake + Wine). I strongly recommend this unit to anybody that wants to stay at SMB. I know I will definitely be back next year!!!

Great location lovely property

First of all Maggie was a dream to work with. She accommodated all our request and we were able to check in early. Easiest check in ever!! There was a gift on our arrival which was a first for us and very much appreciated. The place was even more lovely in person. And Maggie checked in on us frequently. The location is really great… walkable to much of the entertainment. The ocean is the loveliest I’ve ever been in and the sunsets are indescribable. Everything we would need was there. I would love to ask for the name of the mattress as it was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and would like to purchase for my home. Highly recommend ❤️

The best experience ever!

I just want to say thank you so much to Maggie, the owner. We booked it months ahead of time, and I had tons of questions - all were answered by Maggie within 24hrs. Then just before leaving, she sent me grocery store information, even the only grocery store open on Sunday. That was the icing on the cake for us so much. Maggie emailed throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. The very best part was how beautiful the condo was, we arrive and there is a Tortuga cake and bottle of champagne on the way table for us, and the little extras that were in the room such as laundry detergent and fabric softener, coffee, sunscreen, super soft bath towels, with an amazing master bedroom shower head. Truthfully, there were so many extras that Maggie did in the condo, it is so hard to list. I am definitely going back and highly recommend Maggie’s VRBO. Thank you Maggie.

Not ideal

Maggie is a great host and the unit is very nice and comfortable as described, but the location 20 yards from the Marriott’s loading dock and trash is less than ideal. The property in general was too smelly and noisy with inconsiderate large parties and trucks in reverse beeping at 6:30 am.

Amazing long weekend

By far the best condo rental experience I’ve ever had. Maggie was super communicative. The location is amazing right on 7 mile beach with an ocean view. The condo was very clean and super up to date. It also had every single thing you could need on a vacation. Highly recommend and plan on staying next year again.

50th Birthday Gathering

The property was an exquisite oasis from the moment we walked in the door. The personal gestures were such a thoughtful and generous touch. The unit is well equipped with everything you need on vacation - beach towels, coolers, shampoo & conditioner!!!! The coffee bar was the best we have ever had in a rental. Andy and Maggie were communicative and responsive. We will be back. We LOVED every minute of our stay!
