This stunning three-bedroom ground-floor condo is ideally situated just steps from the Resort pool and the world-renowned Seven Mile Beach. Bright, spacious, and beautifully appointed, the home underwent a full renovation completed in Summer 2020. It features freshly remodeled bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a convenient in-unit laundry room.

Modern upgrades include brand-new 2025 Smart TVs throughout, enhanced in-house internet and Wi-Fi speeds, and a Sonos sound system for a premium entertainment experience. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups, with a king bed in the master suite and two queen beds in the junior suite and guest bedroom.

The Residences are an exclusive collection of luxury rental homes located within the North and South Towers of the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. As a guest, you’ll enjoy the Resort’s renowned hospitality, warm and attentive service, and world-class amenities—all with an elevated level of luxury and privacy.

Absolutely Beautiful home!!!

This condo was absolutely amazing!!! It is exactly how it looks in the photos. It is decorated beautifully and tastefully. We were a family of 5 including my husband and myself, my two boys, 17 and 14 and my mother, 74. We were all comfortable with plenty of room. The location of the room is ideal - walk out to the pool, beach, game room, and coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again. The Cayman Island beaches are gorgeous. Water is crystal clear and sand is white and powdery. The most beautiful beaches. The island is expensive for sure so be prepared to spend a lot of money, especially on food and drinks. Having a fully stocked kitchen was ideal. We walked to the grocery store a few times and had a lot of our breakfasts and lunches in the condo. It was perfect. I never wanted to leave!!! I loved this condo - it was probably one of my favorite places I've ever stayed!!! So clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go back!!
