Nach einer kurzen Übergabe gehörte das Häuschen für 12 Tage uns. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm, ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders schön ist der offene Wohnbereich mit umlaufenden Schiebetüren, der bei warmem Wetter ein luftiges Raumgefühl schafft. Der Pool direkt vor der Tür sowie die Markise auf der Terrasse tragen zusätzlich zum Komfort bei. Auch die Küchenausstattung war vollständig, sodass sich problemlos Mahlzeiten zubereiten ließen.Leider hat die Sauberkeit, auf die wir bei unserer Auswahl stets großen Wert legen, unseren Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt. Bereits bei der Ankunft fanden wir massiv viele, schwarze Hundehaare auf Böden und Terrasse, Schmutz in Schubladen und Kühlschrank sowie verschmutztes Geschirr. Die Spülmaschine arbeitete nicht und stoppt mit Fehlermeldung, Reinigungsutensilien waren unbrauchbar, und der Staubsauger konnte aufgrund zugesetzter Bürsten nicht genutzt werden. Insgesamt wirkte das Haus in hygienischer Hinsicht ungepflegt und teilweise schmuddelig.Brigitte reagierte auf unsere Hinweise umgehend und bot Nachbesserungen an. Angesichts der Vielzahl an Mängeln erschien uns eine kurzfristige Lösung jedoch nicht realistisch – eine mehrtägige, gründliche Grundreinigung wäre vor unserer Anreise notwendig gewesen.Das Haus selbst hat ohne Frage Potenzial. Für die aufgerufene Preiskategorie müsste allerdings wesentlich mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit, Pflege und Professionalität gelegt werden. Wir können das Haus leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Superb villa and pool in a quiet location with fantastic views of the surrounding area. It is very well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. We found the villa to be very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent ensuring a stress free arrival and departure.

Beautiful property -- great for friends and family getaway

This is a wonderful property, and we're very happy with our stay there. We were celebrating several milestone birthdays, and over the course of three weeks we had visits from various friends and family members to help us celebrate. There was plenty of space for meal prep and group dinners.During the recent heatwave, the air conditioning and the pool were greatly appreciated!The views from the deck were even better than the photos in the property listing suggested.We appreciated the information on local attractions and facilities that we found in the house. Particularly appreciated was the listing of all markets in the vicinity.One noteworthy thing that was not mentioned in the materials on local attractions was that there is an extensive network of hiking trails in the hills above the house. Among other things, it's easy to explore the Roman aqueduct that passes by Sernhac (the same system that includes the Pont du Gard), including easy hikes to Roman tunnels.

Traumhafte Villa über Sernhac

Wir haben unsere Tage in der Top-Villa über Sernhac sehr genossen. Alles ist bestens gewesen und auch unser Hund hat den riesigen eingezäunten Garten genossen. Da wir schon letztes Jahr in Remoulins waren, haben wir diesmal die Villa als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Gegend um Nimes und der Camargue genutzt. Merveilleux séjour à Sernhac !

An exceptional villa in a fabulous location

Second time at this location. It is an outstanding villa with a great pool, lovely views and lots of space indoors. Sernhac is fab: there is a bakery, bar and pizzeria within walking distance. The villa is spacious, cool and very comfortable.

Excellent property

The house is lovely -very well equipped, modern decor (which we like), lovely pool and very peaceful. A good location for many other places - Nimes, Arles, the coast etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular view

This beautiful house is in an ancient town, but it is totally modern. Very spacious with a large deck to enjoy the view. Not more than an hour from anywhere you might want to visit. Get your groceries in Beaucaire, about a 20 minute drive. There are smaller stores closer, but Beaucaire Carrefour is huge and has everything. Remoulin is about 7 minutes with lots of restaurants. The pizza in Sernhac is great and very friendly. Enjoy.

Erholung pur

Wer eine gute Mischung aus Erholung und Unternehmung sucht, wird sich an diesem Ort sehr wohlfühlen. Das schön gelegene und sehr komfortabel ausgestattete Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders der Pool ist ein Genuss. Bei Fragen und Wünschen waren Roland und Alyson sofort zur Stelle. Der ideale Ort für einen Urlaub im Dreieck Avignon - Nimes- Arles.

Das perfekte Feriendomizil für einen Traumurlaub

Nachdem bereits im Vorfeld zu unserer Reise die Kommunikation mit Brigitte überaus freundlich war, hat uns auch unser Bauchgefühl nicht getäuscht: Dieses wunderschöne Haus ist die perfekte Basis für einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Ankunft war unkompliziert mit Allison organisiert und wir wurden herzlich von ihr empfangen. Erwartet hat uns ein sehr sauberes Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt, angefangen mit der liebevollen Einrichtung, der umfangreichen Ausstattung bis hin zu einem gepflegten Pool und dem herrlichen Außenbereich; nicht zu vergessen der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, um zum einen Ruhe zu genießen, aber zum anderen auch viele Möglichkeiten hat, im Umland spannende Ausflüge zu machen. Wir werden lange und gerne an die schöne Zeit in Sernhac zurückdenken!
