Clean grounds with a nice garden, open fields for the dogs, cute porch / outdoor seating to take your picnic or dessicated breakfast items. Family friendly if money is no object. We arrived on a busy festival weekend where the staff couldn't quite muster up a smile which, considering the check in line, is understandable. if you're a speck of dirt, go elsewhere. This cleaning staff attacks with military precision, and takes no prisoners.

Loved the patio out front and the pots of flowers everywhere. Very pretty! The Mexican restaurant next door was very convenient and saved having to load the kids up and go looking for food. Our room was quiet and clean.

The room is clean and spacious, we had a 2-queen bed for the three of us and there's plenty of space, including bathroom space. Their selection of breakfast item and complimentary snack and water by the front desk are awesome, although I wish they have more indoor seating for breakfast, their outdoor seating area is decorated beautifully and feels welcoming on a warm, sunny day

It's fine. The property was renovated some, but there's only so much you can do with an older building. Not much sound proofing, and the halls smelled like wet dogs. Quite expensive but then not much choice out there. Bed was reasonably comfortable. A/C was rather loud, and our toilet had a slow leak, so it runs periodically.

Great stay

Hotel room is basic, no bells or whistles but the staff was friendly, helpful and virtuous. The breakfast was great, and they always had snacks to grab if when coming or going which my teens loved. The flowers out front were beautiful and the outdoor eating space was well maintained. The only negative for us was the floors of our room were slippery for our old dog so we had to go get a carpet runner for him so he could move around the room. Otherwise, great stay!

The location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to offer a restful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. One of the standout features was the 24-hour availability of complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea. This thoughtful touch added an extra layer of comfort and convenience to our stay. Whether we were heading out early in the morning or returning late at night, it was always nice to grab a warm drink or a quick bite. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team—was incredibly kind, courteous, and attentive. They consistently went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and valued as guests. Their genuine smiles and helpful attitude made a lasting impression and added so much to our overall experience. Nearly everything at this hotel is great, but sadly, the rooms by the stairs are loud with people stomping up or down the stairs at night. Plus the in/out door is next to the stairs so that’s a bit noisy too.
