Rated as a four star hotel. Only two bath towels in room. No hand towels or wash clothes. I got some from the maid. Breakfast buffet have lots of stuff but the hot food stuff was cold or barely warm. Nice lady making omelets and eggs to order. Close to airport with shuttle about every hour. Also anout 8 miles from the Sepang track.

This hotel is close to the airport if you are just staying the night in KL, has a nice large swimming pool and they even stored our bags at no cost for 3-4 days while we traveled to Sabah region of Borneo. Decent breakfast, although buffet style dinner and set charge for meal.

Brilliant Hotel in every way. Rooms, Dining and Pool Areas all immaculate. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Shuttle Bus to and from the Airport 1st Class also. Very reasonably priced as well. If I could give it 6 Stars, then I would. Thank you very much for everything.

They provide shuttle service between 5 to 11 to the airport. It is a motel/ inn style hotel and by US standards is probably three star. Staff is very nice and accommodative. I.

I was at this hotel last month and it was great. This time it was a waste. We got one key instead of two like last time. So every time I had to go out for a smoke in the evening, it meant that my daughter had to stay in the dark because the key control the lights system in the room. I guess last time I booked directly to them, the service was much better but when you book with a third party the experience becomes less pleasant.

The pool is large and enough space to move around. The gym was a bit small so choose your time wisely. The spa and staff were friendly and extremely helpful and caring. There is an airport shuttle but it runs every two hours in the evening. It’s near an outlet and raceway which was our main destinations during this trip.

I chose this hotel for it's location to the airport.. I didn't realize how incredible this hotel is. The staff is topnotch and very accommodating. The layout of the buildings and rooms is well designed. The pool gives you a sense of relaxation. While it may take a while to be served in the restaurant, the food is worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Lovely hotel.

A nice surprise

If you are travelling on a motorbike, this hotel is brilliant... undercover, secure parking for your bike, helmet and shoe airer... amazing. Sadly we were not on our bikes... we used hotel for an international lay over.. the shuttle service was great, breakfast was great. Pool looked amazing
