Top notch place. I was hoping this was going to be a real top end hotel... and it was. And right next to the best mall. Only suggestion is a more friendly check-in. It feels like they’re more focused on explaining rules and checking all documents than to make you feel welcome and comfortable. All other staff members are excellent. And the hotel itself is indeed the choice now. I stayed at the Four Seasons in Seoul before, which is great. But I would say this one is even better.

This is the nicest hotel you will ever stay in. Walls are entirely glass with beautiful views. Services 110%. This hotel is new. Workers open the doors and guide you everywhere. Don’t make the mistake of not staying here. It’s a little far from temples, nothing a uber can’t fix. The room service was the best food we ate in Korea, crazy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Close to shopping & so much food/restaurants. Less than a 1 minute walk to to lotte world mall which connects to Avenue L, and the Lotte mall, and Lotte World. If you cross the street the other way, there’s “restaurant row” do that area that’s packed with many eateries. Also, right outside of the hotel (same building) there’s a cafe and a gelato place that’s AMAZING. We went there every day. The kids club is very busy (and has no one monitoring it, so there are some big kids that seem a bit too old for this facility.) Also, during check in and check out time, there’s a pretty long queue for the elevators—maybe I went during a holiday, but during both of my stays, I’ve had to wait a good amount of time in a queue to get to my room.
