The hotel has a great location with walkable food options and entertainment. The room is modern and neat. The only downside is that i was not able to make the A/C colder. I guess it was because of winter, but the room was hot during the night which made it difficult for me to sleep. Also the breakfast option was very limited for the price. The only American option where the eggs. While I understand it was Korea, you shouldn’t say it is an American breakfast.

Not Worth the Money – Poorly Prepared Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The overall experience felt unorganized and not worth the price. The facilities were poorly maintained, and the level of service was lacking. Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas did not seem properly cleaned or well-kept. Amenities: Many advertised features were either unavailable or not functioning properly. Service: The staff seemed unprepared and not particularly helpful in addressing concerns. Value for Money: Given the quality of the stay, the price was far too high for what was offered. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

WORST EXPERIENCE

It was such a bad experice as the flushing system did not work in the toilet. Housekeeping did some rectification with a pump but it was useless We landed up using the public toilets. Last day of our stay, room service did not make up our beds!!!! Will never recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Beautiful property with excellent staff in the heart of the city. There was a great breakfast offered with lots of choices for those wanting American food or authentic Korean cuisine. Great place to stay for those visiting for the first time.

I’m a 55-year-old woman from the United States doing a solo trip in both Singapore and in Seoul South Korea. I chose this hotel because it is an excellent location where you can walk to the Myeongdong-gil shopping streets. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent. A couple of frustrating things about the hotel is the thermostat. I couldn’t get it to change no matter what I did and it was too hot in the room. Also, the elevators take freaking forever. I did enjoy the 711 and the coffee shop basically right on property.
