Staff were excellent,especially Aidan. They were so helpful in orientation to the city and the local area. Location is superb, food great and the room was fine. We will recommend the hotel to our friends.

Great facilities , excellent staff . Shower room need to be clean better, mold and soap scum can easily clean but I think housemates need to be trained better on cleaning shower floor and areas which put a huge damper on so call expensive 4star hotel, way too expensive

Still think about this hotel days after I stayed there and I compared this to every hotel I stay at afterwards and this one still outscores them all. Unlike some of the Courtyard branded hotels in North America, this one easily gives off more prestige overall feeling like I'd find at a JW Marriott. Rooms are clean and spacious, and amenities are great with filtered water station inside each room. Even the hair dryer feels luxurious. WOW!
