You definitely get what you pay for. Sadly you couldn't totally turn off the heat, and the room dried out. There were loud people in the hallways and I ended up only getting about 3 hours of sleep total. The room was clean and the amenities were fine. Bathroom was above standard for similar business hotels.

A comfortable hotel for a few nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room small, as per Japan standards. Sufficient amenities in room. Drinks and small goods like razors, hairbrush etc available down stairs, near reception. Direct access to shopping centre Parco etc via walk way. Close to rail station. Remain on walkway and travel past or through shopping centres. At end of walk way turn right and walk to entry door. Depending on time of day there is direct entry to the reception from the walk way. Otherwise you need to take the life to ground level and enter from another set of lifts.

The location of the hotel is good. We can travel with any transportation means nearby. Shopping is easy accessible. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel. The food is fresh and delicious. I stayed at this hotel two years ago and was impressed enough to come back. I was not disappointed the second time. The room is exactly what I needed, the staff are friendly and it is a great location. If you come to Sendai you will not be disappointed staying here.

I live in 4 night, two days of drinking machine is not working. One day cleaning is bad, the staff do not clean the rubbish bin. Also, the staff only give 1 water to me even i have 2 people. The good thing is near the JR station and easy to walk to there

Excellent value for money & great location

Hotel Monte Hermana is near Sendai Station, easily reachable by elevated walkway directly to Reception. Check-in was smooth and fast. The offer of a welcome drink was very generous. The choice was Lemon Sour, beer, Gin Lime or soft drinks. not just a bottle of water. Security was good, the door to each floor only opening after swiping the key card. The room was larger than usual, as was the TV. The free bottle of water in the room was very welcome. The room was quiet despite being near a busy main street. I did not try the breakfast, but I enjoyed beginning my day with s nice hot public bath snd sauna on the 9th floor. Excellent value for money in a city where hotel prices have skyrocketed recently!

1房2床空間有點小，空調只有風跟暖氣，設定出風有時會令房間很熱，九點半後男澡堂有時特別多人，早餐多樣化，很美味、沙律新鮮好味，酒店位置十分方便，旁邊是商店街，步行5分鐘左右就是仙台車站、附近都是商場，整體而言是有機會再到仙台遊玩我會優先選擇這間酒店👍
