The villa is located in the well known far beyond Rügen Sellin Wilhelmstrasse, which invites with its magnificent buildings and numerous restaurants and cafes to stroll. The sandy beach with the famous Sellin pier is only 150 meters. Complement the surroundings of nearby stores guarantee optimum self-sufficiency of residents. Top Lage und Ausstattung

Bettwäsche/Handtücher mussten telefonisch nachgeordert werden. Hierzu gab es im Buchungsprozess leider keinen Hinweis, dass man hätte direkt mitbuchen sollen. Es wurde aber nach einem Anruf 30 Minuten später (gegen Barzahlung!) alles gebracht.Die Kühlschrank-Tür liess sich nicht schließen, sprang immer wieder auf. Dies wurde bei der Wäscheübergabe mitgeteilt, die Information wurde jedoch nicht weitergegeben.Somit war der Kühlschrank nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.Die Küche war insgesamt in einem unsauberen Zustand, die Fenster im Wohnzimmer unzumutbar dreckig/verschmiert - von innen und außen! Teebecher wären angenehm gewesen, nicht jeder trinkt Kaffee (nur kleine Kaffeetassen vorhanden).

10.10.-14.10.24 Rosa 6 in Sellin

Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr unpersönlich, haben eine Code für einen Tresor bekommen und den Schlüssel selbst geholt. War aber so nicht vereinbart, sollten eine Stunde vor Ankunft beim Schlüsselverwalter anrufen um eine persönliche Übergabe zu vereinbaren. Thema Kurkarten: Kurverwaltung ist nicht dafür zuständig uns diese auszuhändigen. Bei Rücksprache mit dieser, wurde mitgeteilt wir bekommen die Karten vom Verwalter bei Schlüsselübergabe. Kurtaxe haben wir bezahlt, aber keine Kurkarten bekommen. Finden Sie das in Ordnung?

Schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt Das Haus punktet mit einer außerordentlichen guten Lage mitten auf Sellins Prachtalle. Die Wohnung war in allen Belangen gut. Einzig das die Saunanutzung nur mit Wertmarken die man zuvor erwerben musste funktionierte hätte man im Vorfeld erwähnen müssen. Die Tiefgaragenplätze sind für normal lange und hohe Fahrzeuge gut nutzbar. Es gibt einen Fahrradabstellraum der abschließbar ist. Wer mit 2 Kindern die Wohnung nutzen möchte wird allerdings in der Form wie das Bett in dem Zimmer gestellt ist nicht glücklich. Wir könnten uns nicht beklagen alles ansonsten gut.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes Appartement in Strand- und Waldnähe, gute Lage um viele Ausflüge zu machen. Da auch das Wetter mitspielte, war auch der Balkon sehr schön. Nach einigem Hin-und Her hat ab Montag auch das Wlan funktioniert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt an der Wilhelmstraße welche man vom Balkon aus gut überblicken könnte.Die Wohnung enthält alles was eine FeWo benötigt.Positiv ist auch der Fahrstuhl und die guten Matratzen.Ein Ansprechpartner stand immer zur Verfügung.Meine Familie und ich würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten🙂

eine traumhafte Wohnung

Diese Wohnung bietet alles, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist der Knaller, ca. 200 m bis zum Meer. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und mit der Tiefgarage hat man auch keine Probleme bei der Parkplatzsuche. Fazit: hier kann man sehr enspannt Urlaub machen.

Optimal gelegen auch mal für Kurzurlaub

Schöne helle Wohnung mit Süd-West-Balkon und Tiefgaragenplatz. Bettwäsche mitbringen! Auch Handseife und Spüli - bei dieser Wohnung muss man leider wie bei einem Umzug denken! Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Kopfsteinpflaster-Strasse raus... Hatten dennoch einen netten Aufenthalt. Bei schönen Wetter entschädigt der Balkon die Abendstunden!

Top Lage!

Die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man hört von den Nachbarn und von der Hauptstraße nichts. Die Tiefgarage ist eng.

FW Rosa zentral gelegen, wenige Schritte zur Seebrücke

Es wäre schön wenn man darauf hin gewiesen wird, dass man selber Bettwäsche mitnehmen muss. Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass Bettwäsche bei den meisten FW inklusive war. Etwas mehr Infos in der FW wären schön, wie WLAN Passwort,Saunabenutzung
