Stay away and find a better option...
We had two families inclusive of 4 adults and 5 children. The check-in process was contact-less and a smooth experience. The pictures on vrbo were deceiving and reviews sounded promising. The house itself was nice externally but very dirty internally. When you spend $4,500 for a vacation home you should have peace of mind so you can unpack and settle in. We found dog food, random crumbs throughout the house on the rugs and carpet. There were crumbs and small pieces of cheese on the granite counters. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms had a musty smell. The house was obviously not clean. We even checked in the next day to make sure the house gets cleaned properly. This was extremely disappointing. Random nail holes were throughout the rooms as if pictures were moved around and the holes were never patched up. The blender was crusted up and extremely dirty. The property manager sent their cleaners to rectify the issue but it was careless, not thorough and very inconvenient. I will not return to this place even though the location was nice. I'll find another spot next year.
