Romantic elegant villa with private pool, park and spectacular views

The romantic house "La Haute Colette" was built in a timeless style in the woods 2 km far from Seillans - a picturesque Provencal village. Built 35 years ago, according to the ideas of a German artist, who has retired in the summer to paint in the idyllic Provencal peace. He followed the famous artist Max Ernst who already lived there at that time. The house is very tastefully decorated and suitable for the area, consisting of a living room with open fireplace, an attached dining area for max. 10 pers, a kitchen, five bedrooms - one of them with another open fireplace, four bathrooms, a guest rest room, a heated indoor pool and a generous partially watered and lighted park with wonderful views over the countryside.
The house has about 330 square meters and the park about 12,000 square meters.

Nous sommes partis en famille 2 adultes , 2 enfants de 12 ans et 1 chien , autant dire que nous avions de l'espace ! C'est une maison de maître où l'on se sent bien avec de magnifiques peintures murales et une immense cheminée fonctionnelle.La décoration est telle qu'on l'imagine pour une bâtisse d'époque seul la robinetterie de la salle de bain de la piscine est d'une des salles de bain mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Nous souhaitions être au calme tout en étant proche de tous et c'est ce que nous avons trouvé dans cette propriété avec son grand jardin arboré. La piscine et très grande et bien entretenue. L'eau était entre 27 et 28° les enfants ne voulais plus en sortir! La maison est très bien chauffée ( sol et radiateurs ), ce qui est très agréable. Un grand merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli et sans qui notre séjour n'aurait pas était aussi bien. Elle est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Pour conclure nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison.

Echt empfehlenswertes

Wir geben ohne Diskussionen 5 Sterne. Gründe. Absolute Ruhe; wir schliefen täglich länger als sonst. Die Erholung, die wir uns erhofften, haben wir in der Woche die wir dort waren auch bekommen. Aber mal von Anfang an: freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung; es wurde uns alles gezeigt und wir fühlten uns in dem sehr großen Haus sofort wohl. Ausstattung war perfekt für uns: viele Sitzgelegenheiten innen und aussen (u.a. auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Tal und Seillance); Kamin (inkl. aktivem Abzug falls erforderlich), Heizung perfekt (Vermieter meinte es fast zu gut und so haben wir die Heuzungen runtergedreht), großer Indoor-Swimming Pool, den wir gern mehrfach nutzten (waren im Winter dort; wurde beheizt). Küche echt gut ausgestattet mit diversen Utensilien, Geräten usw. usw. - haben nichts vermisst. Der nächste Ort (Seillance) ist schon sehenswert, aber auch Fayence mit Markt, Geschäften und guter Patisserie. Das Waldgebiet oberhalb des Hauses bot Gelegenheit für lange Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund. Noch zu erwähnen sind u.a. Parken direkt vor dem Haus, Grill, TT-Platte usw. sind verfügbar, man fühlt sich sicher und geborgen. Aussenbereich ist auch gut gepflegt und bietet drei Sitzplätze, die wir im Winter leider selten genutzt hatten. Fazit: alles prima, echt empfehlenswert Danke an netten Vermieter und dem netten Verwalter.

Séjour très agréable, villa au calme sans vis a vis. Vue magnifique sur la montagne. Belle piscine couverte et chauffée, pour un mois de février c'est vraiment appréciable.

Très belle propriété, très bien équipée. Convient parfaitement à un groupe d'amis ou a une famille de 8 personnes. Excellent accueil et suivi tout au long du séjour par le propriétaire et Faye, qui a géré la remise des clés.Rien à redire. Nous conseillons vivement.

Nous avons loué pour 7 adultes cette magnifique maison! L'emplacement isolé , l'espace et les équipements (notamment la piscine chauffée) nous ont permis de bien profiter du séjour. L'accessibilité au domicile est facile et la procédure également.

Pour un séjour en hiver la maison est très agréable à vivre et le plus de la piscine est top même si l’eau ne chauffe qu’à 25 c,est sympa de nager en hiver !

La propriété est très agréable, sur un terrain arboré et étagé dominant la région et le très joli village de SEILLANS à environ 5 kms de FAYENCE . Attention elle n'est pas facile à trouver et se situe en hauteur à environ 2 kms du village. Vous ne serez dérangé que par le chant des cigales !!

Nous avons passés une semaine formidable en famille. Tout était parfait ,la maison est bien située à l'écart du village 5mn en voiture ,une vingtaine de minutes à pieds...L'endroit est super,la vue générale impeccable.La piscine un petit bonheur pour se mettre en condition le matin au réveil....Bref j'ai adoré, les enfants et les frères et sœurs aussi..Au final c'est un sans faute...

La maison a du charme et est très bien située à l'écart au calme. Dommage que l'annonce n'aie pas spécifié que les 2 chambres avec un double lit ne soit séparées que par une tenture... Cela crée une proximité compliquée à gérer !!!
