Hotel.com said that all fees, taxes,etc...is included in the price. I was charged an additional $100 for a deposit! The clerk over charged my card which he couldn't reverse which caused an overdraft on the card. The area is run down and transient people living there smoking weed. No refrigerator or microwave. The guy that runs the place lives above the rooms on the second floor with his family. The kids run around making noise, i couldn't get a good night sleep. If you're able to afford a better hotel, take my advice and do it.

Let’s just say the rooms are awful, my room was missing outlet covers had one light, the door frame had a hole in it, the first room I had the ceiling started to leak, the pictures they have online are extremely deceiving, the costs of the rooms with no microwave or fridge is beyond baffling never again

Located on a busy road. Heard traffic all night. Not the best security. The doors need additional locks. To feel safe, I used a chair and my suitcase to barricade the door. Decor is outdated but it did its purpose. You have to bring deposit via cash or card..but really cash shows type of crowd motel attracts. Vending machine was $3 for a drink! No frig. No microwave. No phone. No shelving for bathroom products. Walls are thin. I could hear everything all night!! It felt like a deployment. On plus side food places were close for delivery or a walk. Not far from the airport. Motel manager was pleasant. I did check out early to safer and quieter location.

I did not stay. Parking dark and in bad condition. Opened door terrible smell. Turned air on and got a dust storm. Looked up outside roaches. Arrived and in less than a half hour we left key on door handle person had left Your reputation as a good trip advisor is at stake. Recommend you visit or take out of your List Could not enjoy Rhode island had to cut my vacation Dangerous place to be at night Difficult to visit shops nearby on foot i trusted Expedia and was let down

I was visiting family, so didn't spend a lot of time there, but it was fine for my purposes. Clean, convenient parking, near amenities I needed (e.g., convenience stores, gas). The desk wasn't manned all the time (it's a smaller operation), but the manager(/owner?) was easy to reach by phone at any time.

The prices are affordable. Its quiet and peaceful. VERY CLEAN!!!!! The gentleman who owns it and runs it is always in the office. He is very kind, patient, and helpful. I've stayed there 3 times in the past 2 months. Never had any issues or complaints

The owners checked us in. Very pleasant. We were traveling with a (self-built) class b van so the owner even asked to see it. Very nice. Would certainly stay here agian.
