Surrounded by plenty of fresh air and green meadows, we have created a little wellness oasis in Kraiham near Seekirchen. A wonderful place to relax and recharge your energy. The accommodation is modern, cozy, and fully furnished.

The Accommodation
Our holiday accommodation "LIEBLINGSPLATZ" in our Villa Seekirchen is generously designed across three floors and offers a wonderful view of the greenery. In the evenings, you can admire the most beautiful sunsets there. The open and friendly living area with a kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as the terrace with lounge furniture and dining table, invite you to spend time together (terrace furniture and grill are available from May to September, depending on the weather and temperature). Our accommodation features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The 9th and 10th guests will be accommodated on an inflatable mattress in bedroom 4 in the attic.

Our communal pool area features a solar-heated pool (10x5 m) with seating and sun loungers for a relaxing time in the sun. The pool is open from May to September (daily from 8 AM to 8 PM), depending on the weather and outside temperature. The pool area is accessible to all guests in our house, which contains 3 bookable accommodations, and is shared.

In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily requirements. You only need to bring your personal items, cosmetics, and groceries. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and a large TV in the living room, a grill on the terrace, and a fireplace in the living area are just a few highlights of the house.

Our laundry facilities are available to you upon request. If you would like to use them, we will gladly reserve a 4-hour laundry slot for you and provide detergent as well as a drying rack. A fee of 20 EUR is charged for the use of the facilities for 4 hours.

A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged for reserving a travel baby cot and a high chair, including bedding, prior to your arrival. Please contact us in advance.

The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you upon request. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour for charging your car.

If you want a terrific stay in the Salzburg area stay here. The host was wonderful to deal with and helped no questions asked. The house is situated in the country side and the views are stunning. It is also very close to Salzburg and all its attractions and an easy drive.

Beautiful Quiet Property Just Outside the City

My family of 6 (teen through adult) stayed here for 4 days as part of a larger Austria trip. The hosts were so great and the property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking at the property. We had a wonderful time here. Be aware that everything is closed on Sunday, including grocery stores.
