Walk from your front door to some of Sedona’s best hiking and mountain biking trails (we include directions in the house). This home truly has it all, with multiple outdoor seating areas with views of the amazing red rocks, three incredibly cozy and comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi overlooking Thunder Mountain, bike rack stand to store mountain bikes, and a BBQ grill on the back deck to enjoy the amazing weather in Sedona.

BEDROOM & BATHROOMS

Bedroom 1 (King Bed): Welcome to your swanky private sanctuary. This bedroom features its own en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and seating area. Draw the blackout shades and enjoy movies from your own private 55” Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 (King Bed): Cozy and private, this bedroom features a comfortable king bed, private closet space, and blackout shades. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed): This bedroom is adjacent to the shared bathroom and has its own closet, blackout shades, and curated library with an array of books. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 2.

The home has been professionally decorated and designed. You will feel as if you have found your cozy, comfortable sanctuary in the high desert mountain west. Take in the expansive red rock views of Chimney Rock from the chic living room, which features a 60” smart TV, or whip up fabulous meals in the fully stocked and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy dinner with friends and family around the marble top, high end dining table or eat dinner al fresco on the outdoor dining table.

We give our guests space, but we also live just minutes away, and are available 24/7 to help with any questions or unexpected events. Make sure to have the Airbnb app downloaded—we do all of our communication through the Airbnb Inbox. We take pride in our thorough and prompt communication!

We have driveway space for two cars, one of which can go under the carport. We can also accommodate an additional car along the street, for a total of three cars. You can avoid crowded trailhead parking by walking to Sugarloaf Trailhead. Take advantage of the Sedona Shuttle on Thursday thru Sunday to access popular trailheads like Soldiers Pass, Devils Bridge, and Cathedral Rock. The house is a 6 minute drive to the nearest park-and-ride location, Posse Grounds Park.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• A maximum of two dogs are allowed. We are unable to accommodate any other pets including cats.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
