upon arriving my son was tired and they insisted I go over to the other desk where there was a woman who proceeded to try and get me to attend what I am guessing was a time share presentation. when I needed bed changed, they said they would "drop some sheets off." so then I asked that they please actually come make the bed. the woman who made it was nice. shower was kind of gross and for what the cost is, feel like there could be an upgrade to the sheets, and showers. thank you

Spacious room, nice kitchen, bed a little hard and make squeaky noises. Pillows were great. Good toiletries. Several pools and hot tub with an amazing view. The only thing bad was one day somebody came to check on smoke detectors and they took the coffee I had brought and the milk from refrigerator. Also a creature inside dishwasher lock ((we find it dirty). Overall good!

The black guy that checked us in was superb! The other staff were friendly too. Room was clean but smaller than expected and a bit outdated. However we did enjoy our stay. The property grounds were in excellent condition and had plenty of hiking trails and amazing views. The pool's & jacuzzi were nice. The jacuzzi could be hotter. The hotel is near all the good hikes like Devil's Bridge, Cathedral Rock, etc. I give it 4 stars and would stay again!

We paid $250/night and were disappointed. This is more of a timeshare than a hotel, and staff focused more on selling than hospitality. It’s 15 minutes from uptown Sedona, with no spa, restaurant, or coffee shop—just several small, unappealing pools. Our suite was outdated, and a “club fee” was charged with no clear benefit. For $150/night, it might be okay, but at this price, I wouldn’t return.

Overall, the facility is beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay. Multitude of pools was very convenient. The view from the Infiniti Jacuzzi was out of this world! Only real downside was check-in where we won a special gift. Which means you have to sit for 90 minutes throughthe timeshare talk. They were a little aggressive in pursuing that. Absolutely love that they’re hiking trails right behind the facility. You are not directly in town. It’s a short 2 mile drive into uptown Sedona. It was a nice relaxing time.
