Very beautiful! However, I did not realize that this was a time share resort. I did not realize that I booked a stay over Spring break. Lots of people here. Although the room was nice and clean, there was no view from our room of anything, kind of a basement room. Nice place for our first time to Sedona, but next time will stay at a less crowded, more scenic and secluded place.

The hot tub was really nice. We weren’t in our room much but when we were we comfortable. It was nice to have a little kitchen in our room and full size fridge. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location!

Compared to similiar Hilton/Marriott properties this one was terrible and would recommend others in town. The first room I had had a broken bed like broken broken no way the house keeper didn’t know when the bed was made. They tried to rig the frame with us in the room until I asked for a new room which they did. Room two fridge leaked and shower handle kept coming off this is building 26. Also it happened to be cold when I was there so they closed the hot tubs but didn’t tell anyone so we walked to the hot tub to see it was locked with a chain. When I asked they said it was for my safety I’m not sure how hot tubs are made for the cold I was standing right at it watching the steam rise. Other than that the hotel is fine a little dated but fine. It’s a ways out main town area but a 5 minute drive to some restaurants. They charge a resort fee on top of the normal fee for some reason I’m not exactly sure why it’s not really a resort.

Do your research

Not so good, you pay a resort fee and its far from that, if you can't use the pools, ice machines aren't available during winter months and no onsite restaurant. Our toilet leaked the whole time, even after they tried fixing it. Buildings have rooms upstairs and you can hear people walking all the time above you. Housecleaners actually run around in the morning and you can't sleep through that. I will say they will bring you a bag of ice if you ask because refrigerators don't have ice machines either. Since we stayed for 8 nights we were told we would have our room cleaned once during our visit. They better get on the band wagon, we stay at alot of Hotels through the year 30 plus in 2024 and I can't remember one that hasn't gone back to daily housecleaing. There are lots of really nice places to stay in Sedona and would not recommend Hilton. The resort fee is a scam during the winter months

Beautiful area

Beautiful place, nice room. Staff was friendly. Beautiful property grounds with a great view. My only complaint is a $25.00 a day resort fee is not needed. One day it snowed so bad you couldn’t even access the pools/hot tub and they wouldn’t refund me. This is not Vegas with a large resort and lots of things that would justify a resort fee. It doesn’t even include WiFi that you have to pay extra for.

Everything was great (clean bathroom and kitchen, safe area and freindly staff), excepr the carpet was a mess. I highly recommend keeping your sheo on or have slippers. Unbelievably dusty

It is a nice property in a residential neighborhood, with great views of the mountains around. Studio kitchen is convenient if you don't want to dine out all the time. Lower level units may experience noise from stomping neighbors upstairs. Also, there is a resort fee of $25 per day in addition to your upfront room fee, which adds up, and is not a good value.

I loved that washer and dryer was an accommodation. Did not not need coins to wash or dry. Did not like the noise coming from neighboring suite. They were to loud u can hear them in as they were close to the door which is thier kitchen area. The kids were loud and running and stomping inside.
