Pricey for the 2b/2b and the bed was the most uncomfortable lumpy beds. I definitely got bitten by bugs in the second bed. It smelled like smoke when we walked in. Everything was otherwise clean and orderly. Smaller than expected and not worth the price and awful painful beds. Do not recommend if you want a decent night sleep after being out all day.

We liked staying at the Sedona Pines Resort for the convenience of accessing the city and our venue. The place is over all very well maintained and has a pleasant energy with beautiful views all around. The unit was clean with everything that you might require during your stay. We liked the privacy aspect of the individual units, not having to share a corridor or walls. Over all, I would recommend staying at the Sedona Pines Resort.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Even though i wasnt snow, the frounds were beautiful.Would i stay agsin, of course. The heat was hot and then start blowing cold, but that was because of a new system. But when we called they came asap (right away) and that was everything. They fixed it and even provided a heater.

The property / housing was decent … just older units . The linens were clean but just dusty under bed and on ceiling fans . They were very nice at check in desk . We would just prefer something newer next time . It was also close to the red rocks hiking which is the reason we were there so , that was nice .

Clean Property

Beautiful property. The bungalows were clean. The beds were not super comfy, but fine for a night stay. We did a two room, the second room was a separate bungalow. This wasn't ideal with our kids ages 6, 4, 2 so we didn't use as it was outside and seperate building across deck. The kids did enjoy the playground though.

The carpets are old and very dirty. The heater wasn't working in the 2 bedroom unit. No one answering the phones at front desk, it was -4 and my daughter and I were freezing. We had to use the towels as blankets, as there were only sheets on the bed. The staff I encountered were kind. But the unit itself was dingy, old and musty. Not having a working heater on one of the coldest nights was completely unacceptable. I paid way more than what it was worth.

We really enjoyed Sedona Pines. It was clean, safe and quiet. A wonderful value. Our unit was small but very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay again.
