My family enjoyed four nights during spring break and we absolutely loved the beauty of this property — the views and the peaceful surroundings cannot be beat! The house was very clean and well-appointed, in addition to being lovingly decorated with local art and furnishings. Our host was in contact us the day of check in and was super helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. The location is close to the main thoroughfare in Sedona, but off the beaten path which was nice. Enjoying the jacuzzi at night under the stars was spectacular! Highly recommend this house, you won’t be disappointed.

We had an awesome stay at The Viewpoint! The home was extremely clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The views of the beautiful Sedona mountains were absolutely spectacular — easily the highlight of the trip. It was incredibly quiet and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The location was ideal, with easy access to spectacular hiking spots, as well as plenty of nearby shopping and great restaurants. Communication from the AvantStay Sedona Team was excellent, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning scenery.

Shops dining and hiking were great. FABULOUS location.Fully stocked kitchen. Booked via VRBO but Avant Stay was actually the booking manager. Was a bit confusing, but fine. Just an FYI, there are outside stairs to the lower Casita, would not be ideal for an older visitor. Extra lighting on the outside stairs would be helpful. The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked. And the bedrooms were sizeable and private. We would definitely stay again!

The house is more beautiful in real life, the photos do not do it justice! It was so nice to be able to walk downtown to avoid parking. Management was very kind and attentive. When we had a question or concern, they quickly responded and took care of it. I would stay here again a million times over, seriously we loved it!

The Hills are Alive

You cannot pick a better place to spend quality time with your partner and friends. The beautiful red rocks feed your spirit, the Mexican food feeds your palate, the artwork feeds your soul, the hiking feeds your heart and lungs, and your friends feed your love oflife. This home is a wonderful place to spend a memorable visit to the area. Accommodations are clean and fit all your living needs. Nice to have the two cottages for a large group. Location is close to eating, shopping, hiking, rivers, and spectacular views. Using the hot tub at night under the stars is a bonus. We highly recommend this home for future stays in the Sedona area. life. of.

Beautiful house with amazing view

Stayed for 2 nights during our son’s Spring Break, traveling between Las Vegas, Sedona and Tucson during the week. This home was so spacious with such a great patio and amazing views that we all wished we had skipped one of the other cities and spent more time here instead. Also very convenient to uptown Sedona, just a couple minute drive down the hill. Host was also kind enough to share recommendations for dining and things to do.

Beautiful Home and Spectacular View

We had a terrific family holiday vacation at the Viewpoint. The location was great, so close to town and all of the outdoor activities and still very quiet and peaceful. The view is so powerful it is truly captivating. With two babies under 1, it was great to feel so close to the red rocks while in the comfort of home. Our every need was delivered on, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Views/Comfortable House

The property was exactly as promised and shown. The views are spectacular as are the night skies. Our group had four separate parties and we were each able to have our own separate areas for privacy as well as a great living area for us all to gather in. The only negative was that the chairs around the dining room table are very small, but we mostly sat and ate at the island.

What a Delight!

Coming in to Sedona and seeing all the red rocks was wonderful, but seeing the red rocks out your back door was amazing. This house not only has a large space to spread out in the living space indoors, but also on the outdoor deck, dinner table and hot tub. It's a place for small groups or large. The kitchen was great handling all our meals and had everything we needed. It was a perfect place for a home away from home.

Beautiful View. House is better than pictures

This is a great house with stunning views from the back porch and hot tub. The host was very communicative and the house was very clean. Review the pictures as there are 2 bedrooms in the main part of the house, a separate apartment-like one at a the lower level and a smaller one w/ a pull put couch only. You have to go outside to get to these two from the main house. It is a very quiet neighborhood and not a party place as the neighbor's house is very close to this one and especially the hot tub. We did not make a lot of noise so no issues with us, but this may not be the best place if you are looking for a late night party place. We would come back
