Overall everything was great, but when we arrived the coffee machine was missing and the cabinets were broken, so we had to call for service. Breakfast was also mixed up, we ordered room service and they got everything wrong. For the price point, it felt a bit strange.

Staffing level was low so we didnt get any pool service and the restaurant server didnt come to our table at all for at least 20 minutes. However you cant beat the view, the pool was great, the food was great (when it finally came). Breakfast was way too expensive for what you got. The three pancakes were each the size of a toonie. Loved the peace and quiet.

OUTSTANDING!! Everything stood out!, Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and attentive. THE VERY BEST!! The rooms were beautiful, lots of small things that were very thoughtful like the Brita water filter, water bottles and Nespresso machine. The highlight of our vacation!! the Food was fabulous. The rates were expensive but worth every single penny. The spa deserves a 10 star rating all on it's own. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Sedona. A Must try!!

The staff was amazing and the resort itself was impeccable. The only complaints are our room seemed dated.. Had carpeted floors, the toilet paper was 1ply, and no smart TV. We are in 2025, you should have a smart TV for that price point. The 1ply toilet paper is another "really?" moment. The Mi Amo Spa was also meh.. I've been to MUCH better spas. Again, the service impeccable but the amenities in the spa was lacking. The hot tub had quite a lot of foam in it and was tiny, the lounge area inside the spa was uncomfortable and useless in my opinion. The Mii Amo area was gorgeous but you didn't need to have a spa appointment to access it. So those things kind of made it okay in my opinion . I think its a 3.5 star stay for me.
