Perfect view every day

This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in. The view out of the windows every morning was magical. Sunrises and sunsets were perfection. The unit is clean and well maintained in a quiet and private location. Many peaceful mornings and nights were had on the back patio just taking in that view. We also cooked fancy dinners in the equipped kitchen. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Absolutely beautiful view

This place was amazing for our family. Off the beaten path but very close to area amenities. The location was close to tons of hiking trails and the views were incredible. If we ever get back out to Sedona we will stay here, otherwise we will be recommending to our friends!

Beautiful Views and Location

The very clean, and well stocked home was perfect for our five night stay. The views from the home are exceptional. The location is in a quiet area with an easy drive to many hiking trails and restaurants in Sedona. Art adorned the inside and outside of the home and nice furnishings made for a relaxing rental. We enjoyed nice dinners at Mariposa and Dahl & DiLuca. For lunch, Colt Grill had very good BBQ and after hiking the West Fork Trail we enjoyed The Table for sandwiches with outside seating. After hiking Airport Loop, Mesa Grill is convenient for a delicious lunch. Other hikes we liked were Bell Rock Loop, Cathedral Rock, and Chapel Trail after visiting the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Limited parking at most trailheads requires early morning arrival if by private vehicle. The shuttle services some trailheads. Sabrina’s has good ice cream!

Perfect view of God's creation

The house was so cute and so clean. Although didn't do any cooking it seemed to be a well stocked kitchen. Everything was great but THE VIEW was INCREDIBLE to wake up to in the mornings! Also an awesome location with a great jeep ride or hike up the hill!

Beyond Expectations!

Just an amazing all-around stay. The location is perfectly situated just off the main Sedona business/tourist area. Far enough to be peaceful, wonderfully quiet, and secluded. Yet you are just a short drive to everything you could need! A short drive to uptown shopping and dining of all levels. A short drive to the most stunning hiking if that’s your plan. Trails for all levels are right out your door. The property itself is beautiful! So clean. Open and airy with views that will take your breath away! Literally wake every morning with the floor to vaulted ceiling windows Offering a red rock view that you can enjoy in bed with your coffee! Bed and bedding were comfortable, all amenities provided were great. Should we visit Sedona again, this is the location we will hope for. Don’t hesitate. It will exceed your expectations!

Top of Sedona really was the tops!

This home is really beautiful inside and out. Great, well stocked, organized open-concept kitchen. Living area has panoramic views. Comfy primary king size bed with fantastic views. Bathrooms were great with walk in showers and terrific water pressure and shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion. And lots of little things that make the house easy to stay at like well labeled light switches, a thorough welcome book and area guidebooks. The trails that you can hike right from the door are amazing and it is an easy, short walk down to more than enough restaurants, bars and shops. We would 10/10 stay here again.

Sedona has our hearts!

This was our first time in Sedona and my husband and I had an incredible stay! The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show of the scenery. The communication from the property manager was great. They even sent recommendations of places in the area before we arrived. There are hiking trails within walking distance, and restaurants and shops are an easy drive. We will absolutely be back and stay here again!

Breathtaking!

We absolutely loved this place. Perfectly situated close to uptown without being too close to the hustle and bustle. Amazing hiking trails right outside the front door, and in walking distance to Tlaquepaque shops and restaurants. But the main attraction is the jaw dropping views through every window! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Unbelievable minus the Bedroom doors

Absolutely stunning home! The views were out of this world! Very clean and the property management company was easily accessible. Do not recommend for two couples as both rooms are right next to each other and have honeycomb doors that are literally paper thin. Everything else was spectacular .

Brilliant Property

Sedona has incredible natural beauty, but this property was absolutely brilliant. It is sad to see it removed as a VRBO. But I was told the owner is removing the listing. :( We'd come back for a month in winter and a month in summer if it stayed available.

This home was incredibly organized and super clean. I was afraid because they advertise it as a pet friendly home and I was expecting to smell animals or see pet hair, but that was not the case. The views were amazing and it’s located on a quiet street close to everything. I would definitely stay here again:)

Quiet and clean with stellar views

Property is on a hill overlooking the town, with huge picture windows facing great views. You are minutes from everything in town, and even have nearby access to some trails and a popular off-roading spot. The place is clean with a simple check in process, and a short list of rules and minimal checkout requirements. Water pressure is amazing. Property has 2 showers, no baths, which was perfect for us, but might be a deal-breaker for some. The decor is all a classy, southwestern mid-century modern mixture, with lots of local art adorning the walls. The painted landscapes of Sedona were a particular favorite. Both rooms are enclosed by sliding room dividers, which you can't really see in the pictures. They weren't a problem for us, and they leant more of an open concept/studio vibe to the property, but it might be something to consider for those with more energetic children. Overall, the space was perfect for rest and relaxation for my dad and I between adventuring and shopping in and around Sedona, and I would most definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Excellent home.

The photos on the VRBO site are real, but much better in person. The home is is very close to good hiking trails. As the title states, top of Sedona is accurate.Very easy access to the central part of town. Under two minutes. The home has plenty of room. The home is decorated very nice. The furniture, bedding, bathrooms, ect are vey nice. There is one nice TV that is on a stand that rolls. We would definitely return!

Great little house for Sedona stay

Cute, well decorated little house with amazing mountain views right off of Schnebly Hill Road. Super clean and very well maintained. Very quiet road with some neighbors. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here.

Impeccably clean

My husband and I spent five nights here in April. This house was outstanding. So so so very clean, I was highly impressed. We all know from the pictures the view is amazing, it’s even better in person. Great location, pretty private, two minutes off the beaten path and easy to get to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, plenty of towels, TP, etc. There were a couple Kurig pods to get you started, but I’d definitely get some more. Loved this house, would totally stay again if I’m back in Sedona. Did I mention how clean it was?!

Beautiful property

Exquisite views from every room. Just as pictured on ad. Also very convenient to town. Was surprised there were no plates in the kitchen, the driveway was a little hard to maneuver and the lawn service showed up this morning at 8 AM while we were trying to enjoy our last couple hours at the property. All in all we did enjoy our stay here.

Wonderful views and peaceful retreat

The renovations made to this property are spot on! The furnishings are in line with the area and made us feel at home in Sedona. The house has all that you need for a stay away from home. The backyard is not fully fenced, so if you have an inquisitive puppy, be watchful.
