Short trip from Tucson

Nice room . Quite comfortable. My husband is disabled and I needed to see how we could travel. Queen bed was to small . We knew this when I booked. Nice kitchen area in lobby . Everything was very nice. My only disappointment was only one comfortable chair . The couch was in front of the TV . I also knew this when I booked . I would recommend staying here .

Disappointing

No actual person responds to your concerns. As an example the gas fireplace was not functional, I asked for help and nothing was done. No clean towels available, dirty carpets, basic toiletries not available. Neglect and indifference is how I assess the facility. My advice find a better place.
