Clean but old, tiny check in desk, old building and old rooms. I needed a place close to airport for the night and this was a less expensive one. 258.00 a night! Wouldn’t stay again if I had a choice.

I had a bad experience staying at this hotel. When i checked in to my room there was dirty laundry item that smelled like vinegar sitting on the bathroom sink . I called the front desk & lady came to pickup dirty item. That made me question if my room had been cleaned or how was this missed? Anyways later 11:35pm people staying in the room above us started being extremely loud stomping ,kids running around. i called front desk to complain they said they would go upstairs and see what they can do. After few minutes went by and loud sounds continued I decided to go downstairs since it was now close to midnight and they were still being loud. The front desk guy named Night said he hadn’t had a chance to go talk to people because he was busy. I asked if i can switch rooms he said there were none Available. He did nothing to help accommodate the situation. I told him i would wait in the lobby until he talked to people upstairs. I sat in the lobby for maybe 20mins. Around 12:20am front desk said he was gona run upstairs & talk to the the people. But he lied he went thru the exit door by elevator and went outside instead, then came back inside a few minutes later & tells me everything has been taken care of. I asked him to confirm he had gone upstairs & talked to the people. He said no he didn’t because he didn’t hear noise so it was policy he could not disturb them. I showed him videos of the loud sounds & but he did nothing. Because of this experience i will not stay here again

Or visit was great. Staff was super friendly and approachable. Great location. Not far from shopping and restaurants. You can even walk there. Breakfast was really good. Only thing was the water pressure in the shower. Not strong enough.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, except for the bathroom floor. Between the tiles there was visible mold. However, upon checkout the next day, I let the staff know so that it could be taken care of. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful, and my mind was at ease regarding my car while I went to a professional training in downtown Seattle, because I was able to park at the hotel's gated lot.

The hotel was supposed to provide a shuttle but when I called the hotel, it went to a line where all they did was play music and no one ever answered my phone call. We ended having to take an Uber. This was part of a package and this really was very upsetting.

Our tvs did not work and when we told them they were “unable” to get them fixed and the entire stay we had no warm water. We stayed two nights. The curtains were broke and had holes in them, we attempted to work it out with staff on our last day and they completely dismissed us. Charged us 300 a night for what motel 6 could have done better.

Parking was difficult and I dislike when properties have a bunch of “rules” posted when you walk in, it just doesn’t feel welcoming or hospitable. It gives one the feeling that their clientele is a bunch of rule breakers or something. That being said, once we were in our room, it was nice, large and clean. When we went down for breakfast it was good, with hot food as well as the standard yogurt and cereal options. The people we met at breakfast did not seem like the type of people who needed the stern reminders that greet you at check in. The woman who checked us in gave me some unexpected trouble when my card that I planned to use had my maiden name on it. I unfortunately didn’t have ID with my maiden name on it, but I have checked in to hundreds of motels and hotels and never had a problem with this before so I did have to quickly move around some funds to pay the deposit, which was annoying but luckily resolved quickly enough.
