The room itself wasn't bad, although the small of the room was unpleasant - a mixture of bleach and smelly feet. The sound of the planes taking off wasn't a turn off for me, as I live in a city, but my siblings had a tougher time with the traffic and noise. Fantastic breakfasts, though, and the staff was stellar, so I would definitely stay there again (and open a window for fresh air next time).

When we checked in there was also a very large group checking in and the lobby was extremely crowded and chaotic. No fault of the staff, just wish they would have had them move to the breakfast area rather than crowding the entire lobby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I was very happy to see zippered mattress covers on the beds!! I would stay here again.

I hooked for 3 adults and 1 15 year old child. We got in the room and there were only 3 bath towels. I called front desk and I was told in house housekeeping and I have to wait next day to get bath towels. I requested our room to be cleaned as housekeeping will not clean without a request. We stayed for 3 nights and not even once did we get any housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk to pick up bath towels and trash bag and then we had empty our trash can. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I felt like it was very organized from the check-in to the wake up call to the transport shuttle to the airport. Everything was on time my room was ready. It was clean. It was very nice place to sleep in between my layovers for my airline.

The ice and water machines were on another floor at the far end of the building. The breakfast was too small and cramped when it was busy. The desk service was excellent, but understaffed.

Monica at check in was so pleasant & helpful although being the only staff person working the front desk with a sold out hotel full of cruise passengers. Our shuttle driver was courteous & helpful with dinner recommendations. Definitely will consider this hotel if we are in Seattle again.

Hotel location is a slightly longer walk than anticipated from the nearest Light railway stop. Breakfast room was very crowded. However despite these slight niggles the service, quality of room on fourth floor and staff were all excellent. Would stay again.

Decent hotel, airport shuttle very helpful, room was ok, pack ‘n play in room as requested but no tub in room for bathing a toddler and no rooms available with one. Sink in the room had a broken drain stopper. The beds were okay sufficient for crashing for the night. We were able to get/have the extra pillows needed for the pack’n play to use as a mattress for our toddler. The ac though didn’t have a temp guide so hard to tell how cold you were leaving it on for the night. The attendant for the breakfast did not speak English or understand much-hard to ask questions or for assistance with certain items for dietary restrictions. It was decent enough just very basic. Front desk staff was nice, and willing to pass on the extra water and laundry detergent we had to someone who needed it, since we couldn’t take it on the plane to our next destination.

Got to the hotel at midnight and they told us they moved us to their sister hotel. They told us they called us, they never did (no missed calls), then they told us there was a problem with my credit card. There was not. We couldn’t go to their sister hotel as I already had scheduled for transportation in the morning to pick us up at 9am to take us to our cruise port. After pushing them they miraculously found us a room where we couldn’t turn off the air conditioner. I would not recommend this hotel.
