Welcome to the cozy 3-bedroom home in Sand Point which is Seattle's most distinguished neighborhood! Quick access to all the shopping and dining options at the popular University Village. Multiple parks and bike/walk trails are just minutes away!

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome, about 1556 sqft. It has four levels including the rooftop, with a few steps to entry.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout
• Please be aware that the parking space cannot accommodate a full-size SUV.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Worth every dollar.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The home was cozy and a good size (just be ready to get your steps in going up and down the stairs lol). It was a quiet and cozy neighborhood and even though two of the windows face a well traveled road you couldn’t tell the road was busy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to go to a big city but wants to get away from the hustle and bustle that a big city has. I will be returning to this place!

Very nice and convenient property

Hi, all. We had a great stay...thank you. There were just one cleanliness issues - the back of the door the front middle bedroom had dried snot on it...not sure if a kid put it there or what the case was but for the house cleaning crew to check the backs of doors as well. Not something to see often thank goodness! Other than this, the property worked well for our short stay and we appreciate you renting to us.

Great stay in a quiet, convenient neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. I appreciated the clear instructions and quick response time from the property manager. I've worked in tourism & hospitality for over 25 years, for companies including Ritz-Carlton and Hilton. I'd definitely choose to stay here again versus any hotel in the city.

Great house

We had a beautiful stay here. House is clean with a lot of space for a family of 6. Dishwasher had some issues loading dishes, but other than that everything was good! Just a note for full size SUV owners - the entrance and parking lot are really small, so it might be challenging to park big vehicles. We had mini ven and had no issues with parking. I’d suggest to mention this on the property description. Thank you, Olga

Excellent location

Easy access to the university and northern subdivisions. Beds were very comfortable. Roof top deck was very nice and served as front row seats to the aurora borealis. The townhouse has 4 floors so you will get lots of exercise. The living room is very small, but we spent our leisure time on the roof deck. Kitchen was well stocked. The townhouse is located on a busy road, so expect road noise in the front bedrooms. We had a few problems during our stay and the property managers were fantastic. We would rent here again.

Quick Visit

We use to live in Seattle, so we picked a location near our old home! We are a family of 5 and the house was perfect for us. Big bathroom in the upstairs primary. I had trouble with the heat and the minute I reached out about having trouble with it the property manager got back to us and helped figure out the problem! Overall a great stay, great location, clean, and would definitely stay here again!

Great place close to children’s hospital

Very clean. Nice linens and towels. Felt very comfortable. Lots of stairs so if that’s a problem for you this would not be somewhere I would book. It worked great for us. I am sure we will return. Thanks for a great stay!!

Well Maintained + Great Location

The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The accommodations are clean and in a great location. Two notes that may be helpful, there is no microwave and the property description mentions some road noise...I'm a very light sleeper and it took me a night to adjust plus white noise to sleep.

Sparkling Clean Townhouse

This townhouse is sparkling clean. The best we have stayed in so far. Bedsheets, duvet, pillows were all clean and new. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The toilets were super clean as well. Location was great for us - close to the University and Children’s hospital. If you are particular about cleanliness like I am (especially with two young kids), this is the place to stay in.

Excellent location

We were looking for a place for six, including one child, in the Ravenna area. This townhouse was in the perfect location and completely filled our needs. Communications with the manager were excellent during our stay. It is kind of weird that there isn’t a microwave though.
