Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip the sheets of the beds you used (including sleeper sofa) and leave the bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and sheets in the laundry bin on top of the bed. The bedspread should remain in place.
Compile all garbage and recycling in the bins under the sink and do the same for compost in the red fire hydrant on top of the counter. We will take out garbage, recycling, and compost from there.
• Rinse all dishes and start dishwasher. • Turn off all lights except for the main entry outdoor light, which is on a timer. • Lock all doors and close all windows.

This little gem of a spot was perfect for our needs and then some. It was super clean, well equipped and the layout is spacious! The apartment was just as described. Plus it was cozy, well lit, and well equipped. We loved that it came with plenty of coffee, towels, and a sofa bed for the grandkids. Great bookstore and bagels nearby. We would love to return in the future.

Wonderful unit! The owners have thought of everything, from tasteful and comfortable furnishings to a beautifully equipped kitchen. Small touches made the stay even nicer - Keurig coffeemaker, jigsaw puzzles, comfy bed and pillows, motion sensor night lights. We look forward to returning whenever we visit family in Seattle.

Quiet cozy stay in Seattle

I booked this place with a friend to visit another friend during his birthday, and it ended up being just the right fit for us. The property, located between Ravenna and Bryant, is in a quiet residential area of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. There was a nice corner cafe a short walk away that we ate at, along with other restaurants a short distance away. My friend drove, so being able to park in the driveway was very handy for us. Check-in was very straightforward, communication with the host was very prompt, and the property was spotless upon arrival. The presence of AC was very welcome as it was starting to get warm outside on certain days. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, and my friend told me that the sofa-bed was more comfortable than he was expecting as well. The living room was spacious and allowed us to spend an afternoon comfortably hanging out in it with our Seattle friends. We didn't utilize the kitchen a ton, but appreciated that it was there. The host supplied a booklet of various recommendations in the area as well as detailed yet straightforward check-out instructions. All in all, it was a very clean and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood, and it was everything that it was described as. Thank you!

Great find for our Seattle trips!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to family we were visiting, in a quiet neighborhood, accessible by car to good food markets. Parking was always easy. The entire property was lovely and well-equipped, just as described in the listing. Nate accommodated our request to check-in early. As we have family close to this property, we will definitely want to stay here whenever we come to Seattle!

UW Visit

This was the perfect place to stay for our recent UW visit. It had everything we needed and fit us well (our 6'4" son easily fit on the sofa bed). The apartment is well-appointed and everything looks new. It is very convenient to U of W. The neighborhood is great and if we had not had a full weekend of activities we would have spent more time exploring. The property manager, Nate, is very responsive and helpful. We are already planning to stay here again :)
