I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Seattle. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is also perfect for exploring downtown Seattle. What really stood out was the customer service. Bailey was an absolute standout — incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of and truly made us feel welcomed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference in our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seattle and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the staff, and especially Bailey, for such a great experience!

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included but had specific rules around it. It also took 30 minutes to get breakfast although it was new years so they were especially busy
