Location matters and 533 Cobby Creek Lane is in the heart of the quiet enclave Tarpon Pond neighborhood only a short 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the beach, Seabrook Island Club, Golf, and the Beach Club.
The cottage offers an open first floor plan with a great room with a vaulted ceiling, 65” flatscreen TV with a Sonos soundbar, a sunroom with spectacular views, a contemporary galley kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, surfaces, and amenities, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have king beds and flatscreen TVs, with the master bedroom enjoying its own private and newly finished bath while bedroom 2 guests have access to the second fully remodeled full bath.
The second floor entails a spacious loft complete with 2 twin beds, each with matching trundles that expand sleeping capacity. Second floor guests have their own tastesfully appointed full bath that also houses the brand-new washer/dryer. This is a unique space that guests with children rave about.
Other special living spaces guests enjoy include a nice deck overlooking Cobby Creek Lane and a patio space located on the ground level complete with an outdoor sectional couch with tranquil views of Tarpon Pond and the Ocean Winds golf course.

My son, I and his friend enjoyed this Cobby Creek cottage with a view of golf course. It was perfect for the three of us and our two dogs. We really enjoyed the sunroom. The circular neighborhood is perfect for bike riding with the kids. We enjoyed horseback riding at the equestrian center and shopping in Fresh Fields. Loved the separate living area upstairs for teens to hang out.
