We enjoyed r get away at Pelican Watch Villa The Unit was well stocked with everything needed for a few days or longer vacation. Villa is beautifully decorated & very clean. Love location. In the future if we visit Seabrook Island will book at this location. Thank u to the owner for a very enjoyable stay at their villa.

Perfect Seabrook location!

The condo was perfect for a quick girls' getaway for my teenage daughter and me. It was perfectly located on Seabrook Island - close to Boardwalk #9 which was the closest to where the dolphins strand-feed, and to the Beach Club! The condo was clean, well decorated, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean - the back porch was perfect for watching the sunset!

Great trip with my wife for a week of chilling on the beach and playing in a golf tourney. The place was perfect for us! Seabrook is slow and laidback - the way we like a vacation!

Seabrook Island Pelican Watch Villa

This beautiful gem was exactly as in the pictures. The villa was clean, fully stocked, short walk to the beach, and the sunset views were amazing. Would highly recommended and will be back again.

Nice Location

Great location right on the beach with a great view. The mattress was great. Very clean and the furniture was nice. Short walk to the club and the pool. We would rent this place again.

Wonderful and. Comfortable accommodation. Lovely view from the porch. Well appointed. Family stayed in other Pelican units. Ours was most thoughtfully supplied and decorated. Will certainly return to this bit of paradise.

Perfect Weekend!!

What an awesome weekend.. Didn't want it to end.. This was our second time at Seabrook and enjoyed our stay. This unit is beautifully decorated and clean and had all the necessities. Loved the little extras like expresso machine with pods. Coastal Getaways Rental were on it.. This was our 26th anniversary trip they were sweet enough to send us a bottle of wine. And kept in contact though email.Though we never need to call.. I will so come back. The area is well maintained.. It was also wonderful to see wild life right in front of you.. Deer where standing in the path to the beach. Sunsets were just beautiful. I can't wait til the next time..

Fall beach getaway

The villa was very well appointed with comfortable furnishings and many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed our mornings on the comfortable balcony overlooking the water. It was very spacious for the two of us. The king bed was especially comfortable.

Outstanding property in beautiful location!

This villa is just as gorgeous and well-furnished as pictured and described. It is extremely comfortable, pup-friendly, and just steps from the beach. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying breakfasts and picture-perfect sunsets on the lovely porch. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Visit

We had a great visit to this property. The space was perfect! We were traveling with our small dog and they went out of the way to enhance our stay by setting out a cute dog bowl, mat and basket of dog things we might need and had a dog treat cookie jar and dog coffee table books. It felt like they had curated the space specifically for us! LeRoy our Havenese loved it! The space was well stocked with anything we might need. Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect couple villa with our two precious dogs!

This place was everything I hoped for in a vacation place! Cleanliness, great decor, king size bed, two bathrooms, pet-friendly, balcony, and gorgeous oceanfront view! Hubby and I took our Malchis and celebrated our anniversary! The beach had calm waves, and I was able to swim, and the sand was soft to the feet. Beautiful tropical landscaping throughout the island! Had everything in the kitchen we needed to make many meals., and a gorgeous view to look out while we ate. First time to the island and definitely will not be our last! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful place to stay. There were many dogs in the nearby villas, but we never slept hearing any dogs barking. We all had a great time including the dogs. Seabrook Island was amazing!!!!! Villa was the best!!!

Definitely Need to Stay Here!

We truly enjoyed our recent stay! We loved the close access to the beach. Every little detail is thought of and the owners were wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond with any of our questions. You can tell they truly care about providing a wonderful guest experience (even down to supplies for the fur baby). This was our first visit to Seabrook and loved the natural beauty of the island. It is so quiet and peaceful. Freshfields Village is just outside the gate but the place to go for restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit!

Family vacation

The view was great. It was fun to see the wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay. The amenity card information was a little confusing and if I hadn’t read it all through and waited to go to the property I would have spent a lot more money than I was planning too. For future guests to know you can do plenty without paying extra for the amenity card. The Lake House pool is really nice and wasn’t crowded at all. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect little spot!

We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! The property was clean and very organized. We loved how close the beach was and being able to watch the sailboats pass back and forth in the afternoons. We were also surprised at how much wildlife we actually got to see- An armadillo, deer, raccoons, hermit crabs, jellyfish, birds, etc. We will definitely be back!

Great little Villa!

We loved it here! Our only complaint was there wasn't any hot water in the main bathroom shower. It wasn't a big deal to us, as the master bath shower worked great! It was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

Great location on Seabrook Island!

This is a true jewel of a find! The boardwalk is just a few steps off the porch at the rear of the condo, and the front of the condo has beautiful live oak trees over the condo and the parking lot. It is a beautiful setting front and back. The condo was immaculate with many small touches that made it a special experience. We will be back!

Clean,

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and quiet. It was updated and had pretty much anything we needed. Beautiful water view, steps to small beach and boardwalk. Close to the clubhouse, pool and larger beach. Bed was comfortable. I wish that laundry detergent was provided, because we didn’t want to buy for our week stay. All in all we had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect Get-away!

This is a charming condo in a wonderful community! Beautifully decorated with everything you could need and a lovely view. I brought my son (13) for spring break and there was so much to do, and lots of other kids around, easy walk to the beach and pools. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a perfect home away from home for the week. We would like to come back to Seabrook Island and will definitely book this condo again!

This waterfront property rocks!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Watch Villas. The communication with property management was excellent. Upon our arrival we found the villa to be very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the wonderful porch looking at the calming water view and walking the beach. There were plenty of nice linens as well. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.
