Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hausverwalter war sehr nett und hst uns sogar Blumen aus dem Garten geschenkt. Der kleine Garten war sehr idyllisch. Parkplatz war etwas schwierig, der einzige kostenfreie Parkplatz war am Kongresszentrum ca. 800 m entfernt.Die Straßenbahn war störend direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer . Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, kurze Wege zum Centrum. Gerne wieder.

Es wirkt alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und riecht als wäre länger keiner hier gewesen. Der Kühlschrank war schon sehr eklig und dreckig. Die Matratzen durchgelegen. Können wir nicht empfehlen.

Tolle Lage

Die Ein-Zimmer Wg. ist sehr schön zentral gelegen in einem gepflegten Umfeld. Es ist eine Altbauwohnung mit Garten, die einfach ausgestattet ist, aber zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hausmeisterehepaar hat uns einen schönen Empfang und problemlosen Aufenthalt beschert. Schöner Garten steht zur Verfügung, zentrale Lage, ruhiges Haus. Gut isolierte Fenster, sodass Verkehrslärm nicht zu hören ist....gerne wieder!

Sauber, freundlich, gute Kommunikation!

Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Nah am Bahnhof und der Altstadt (gehentfernung), schöner Garten, alles schön sauber, die Familie, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert, ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich habe sogar jeden Tag Gartenblumen und Früchte vor die Tür gestellt bekommen! Das war wirklich nett! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und an kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen interessiert. Ein Nachteil vielleicht: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist recht laut von der Strasse.
