Herzlich Willkommen in der Ferienwohnung am Mariengrund. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, sonnigen aber doch zentralen Lage. von hier aus gibt es unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, nur ca. 30 Gehminuten entfernt liegt der malerische Königssee. In der Nähe befinden sich Gaststätten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 3 Gehminuten. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Ferienwohnung ist ganzjährig buchbar.
Das freundliche Haus bietet eine 55 m² große und gemütliche drei Bett Dachgeschosswohnung an. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen, hellen Wohn- und Schlafbereich und eine geräumige Wohnküche, genügend Platz für eine kleine Familie. Bei Nachfrage stellen wir Ihnen auch ein Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung. Der Balkon bietet Ihnen beste Sicht auf die Berchtesgadener Berge.

Beautiful upper level of a chalet-style home

This unit was great! Enough room for a family to spread out and a cute little kitchenette too! No communication until we got there, but the owners live in the lower level, so it was easy once we pulled in. Easy parking, short drive into the neighboring towns.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich in Empfang genommen. Ein ordentlicher Stellplatz für unser Auto war direkt an der Eingangstür. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und sie entspricht der Beschreibung.Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, besonders wegen des offenen Grundrisses, des Balkons und der schönen Holzbalken.Für uns war sie die perfekte Basis, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Sehr nette Gastgeber und riesige Wohnung

Das Haus ist ein wenig abseits gelegen, wodurch man allerdings auch einen herrlichen Alpenblick genießen kann. Das Panoramafenster neben dem Bett bot einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die Alpen, der jeden Morgen zu einem Highlight machte. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Wohnung selbst war riesig, sehr ordentlich und makellos sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer noch schöneren Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein wirklich toller Ort zum entspannen. Die Familie Grüßer heißen jeden herzlich willkommen und sorgen dafür das man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Sie sind immer für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Sehr sauber und absolut geräumig. Für eine kleine Familie mit Hund absolut zu empfehlen. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen wollen :-) Ein dickes Lob
