Apartment 1 ground floor: The fully equipped non-smoking apartment is on the ground floor and has a large terrace. The new facility is designed with lots of natural wood in a Bavarian style. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub (including hair dryer and guest towels). The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 2 m), the other with two separate beds (each 2 x 09, m). In the living room there is a fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The modern kitchen with island is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The parquet floor conveys comfort and warmth. In addition, the apartment is equipped with an intercom, WiFi access is available.
The former forest house was completely renovated in 2019. There are three apartments of different sizes. The first floor apartment (80 m²) has a fireplace and a spacious terrace. Another 2 apartments (67 m² and 47 m²) are on the top floor. The larger of the two apartments is equipped with a fireplace and a large balcony. The second apartment is designed in studio style, with a separate kitchen and French balcony. Both top floor apartments are bright and have mountain and forest views. In the basement of the house there is a common room with a corner bench and a fireplace as well as lockers. Garage, parking space and storage for skis / bicycles are also available. The apartments are located directly at the foot of the Spitzing ski area in a sunny, idyllic location on the edge of the forest. The bus stop with bus services to Spitzingsee and Schliersee (with connection to the Bavarian Oberlandbahn) is opposite the house, as is a public car park for tour meeting points, from which several hiking and cycling trails start.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, alle Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer geräumig und hell. Location ist top, ist auch ohne Auto erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr nette Vermieter
Der Vermieter war super nett, das Objekt ein Traum und was die Lage anging also etwas abgelegen aber perfekt wegen der Ruhe. Sauber und top gepflegt mit eigener Garage fürs Auto und uns wurden vorhandene Fahrräder angeboten zu nutzen welche relativ alt waren aber für den weg zum Bäcker durchaus tauglich.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, am Waldrand gelegen, wahnsinnig nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die aber Abstand wahren. Die wirklich einzigen Nachteile: Manchmal hört man die Motorräder auf der Straße nach Spitzingsee beschleunigen und man ist ca. 2 km von der nächsten Ortschaft entfernt (Bäckerei, Restaurants). Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 km entfernt. Fahrräder sind ein Muss, besser noch ein Auto. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur fahren die Busse natürlich nicht allzu oft. Die Vermieter stellen zwei Fahrräder für den allgemeinen Gebrauch für die Feriengäste zur Verfügung. Sehr lobenswert! Empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter! Es ist sehr schön!
