Lage ist top, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ausreichend vorhanden. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen an die FeWo nicht erfüllt. In einer FeWo muss kein Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat sein, trotz allem gehört aber eine Rolle auf die Toilette und in die Mülleimer ein Beutel. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck. Badezimmer- und Küchentür müssen repariert werden, beide schließen nicht mehr richtig. Die Esszimmerstühle müssen auch erneuert werden, die Beine sind lose und die Bezüge lösen sich auf. Ansich ein schickes Häuschen, das aber etwas mehr Zuwendung und Erneuerung benötigt.

Ferienwohnung Schaprode

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung,für 4 Erwachsene gut Platz, negativ war nur keine Bettwäsche ein Glück wir hatten was bei, Geschirr sollte sauber in den Schrank aber keine Spülmaschine,kein Spülmittel,kein Lappen oder Schwamm zum abwaschen,geschweige denn ein Handtuch zum abtrockenen des Geschirrs das war echt schwach. Desweiteren eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für 4 Erwachsene ist auch sehr knapp berechnet und wann man überlegt das das alles nur Pfennigartikel sind ist es schon schäbig!!!! Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. Beim Parkplatz könnte man mal die Platte wieder begradigen,dadurch nur ein Parkplatz auf der Eingangsseite.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung für 5 Leute. Schaprode ist ein sehr schönes Fleckchen Erde . Der Ausflug nach Hiddensee war enttäuschend die Insel selber ist toll nur die Einwohner sind sehr unfreundlich man merkt das sie keine Urlauber mögen. Das Bistro neben dem Frischemarkt ist sehr zu empfehlen der einzig nette Mensch dort , sein frisch geräucherter Fisch war sehr lecker !

Sehr ruhiges Urlaubsdomizil

Dieses Objekt ist sehr geräumig, für bis zu 6 Personen ausgeschrieben. Dem würde ich nicht zustimmen. Der Wohn -Essbereich ist sehr geräumig ,leider die Schlafräume nicht so. Die Betten sind sehr eng gestellt. (4-5Prs max) WLAN ist abhängig vom Mieter der zweiten Ferienwohnung (Bodden). Dieser deaktivierte das WLAN je nach Laune, dementsprechend konnten wir dieses nicht voll nutzen (Ein eigener Anschluss für einen Router wäre jedenfalls vorhanden ). Die große Fensterfront heizt die gesamte Wohnung zu sehr auf, Jalousien zum Einklemmen wären bei diesen extremen Temperaturen hilfreich. Die Matratzen incl Matrazenschoner sind schon sehr abgenutzt, könnten erneuert werden, bzw die Schoner zumindest mal gewaschen werden. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung doch noch etwas zu staubig. Bei Betrachtung der Wünsche der Vermieter (Putzutensilien selber mitbringen, regelmäßig die Wohnung säubern, korrekt recyceln ) plus €900 für eine Woche wurden unsere Erwartungen leider nicht ganz erfüllt. Nach unserem Empfinden ist der Preis für 1 Woche zu hoch angesetzt.

Gemütlich und gesellig

Für eine Familie von viereinhalb Personen ist dieses Haus sehr gut geeignet. Es ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, gemütlich ist vor allem die große Couch im Wohnbereich. Für ein Kinderbettchen war der Platz etwas eng, wir haben uns mit der Liege beholfen.

liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben ein leider viel zu kurzes Wochenende im September hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr hell. Sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, einzig der Backofen sollte mal ausgetauscht werden.

wirklich eine tolle Ferienwohnung.

Alles top. Die Reinigung könnte noch etwas sorgfältiger sein. Unter dem Sofa lagen noch glassplitter, was unser 1 jähriger Sohn natürlich entdeckt hat. Aber sonst eine absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit platz, licht und guter lage.

Große Wohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Wir haben uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung gemütlich eingerichtet und das leider sehr schlechte Wetter auf Rügen ertragen müssen. Die helle und geräumige Wohnung hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.
