The beach view is obstructed by trees and palms. The location of the hotel is amazing. But you have to be prepared for the noise at night there is a bar under the hotel and some other bars around the hotel that have the music loud all night until 5 am, almost every single day. The furniture inside room vibrates. After the first night i have to find a place to buy earplugs. The earplugs help, but i would be helpful getting a pair of earmuffs and use them together. The other problem that i found is that they have really old air-conditioning systems, that in most of the rooms dont work. You should ask for what room number they assign you. Because when i arrive, they told me that my room ac was not working and they put me on a different room and told me that they where going to move back to my room once it was fixed, after several days they told me that i need it to go back to my room because the one that i was using it was reserved for somebody else. But the air conditioning wasnt working so i had to make a claim with expedia, and they way they fix it was moving me to another hotel 5 bloks away from the beach. The place was really nice. Also the girl at the desktop was really nice and very helpful her name is Azul, i think she is the only good at that hotel. If they fix the air-conditioning and put some kind of insulation against the noise, it would be a great place.
